The foundation work was performed in a very timely manner and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was done completely and perfectly. The pricing for the work was so much better than I was expecting too! All of the staff I interacted with were pleasant, professional and extremely easy to communicate with. BEWARE: UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD WORK. We used this company to redo chipped paint for a home we purchased. This is what it looked like 79 days later. Well within their 90 day guarantee. Owner doesn’t like being talked back to and said I was the one being unprofessional by providing photo proof and a copy showing the invoice with the guarantee that he signed after he tried saying the guarantee didn’t apply. I also mirrored his email tone by caps locking random words for emphasis. Apparently he’s the only one allowed to do that. He also says we need to start legal processes if we want our money back because I’m so unprofessional that he’s now allowed to just take the money and not fix their mess.Service: General repairs

WARNING: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I recently purchased a home and the seller paid Home Repair Connect to perform the repairs - they were paid $5000 for a variety of jobs around the home.I was out of the country while the work was being done, and the repair team was specifically instructed to keep my key in their care. They left it in my mailbox the entire time I was out of the country, for weeks, without telling me.Further, only 2 of the ~10 repairs were visibly done. They were supposed to paint outside, repair my sink, trim trees, repair my toilet, etc. They charged $375 to trim a tree and I can tell one branch that was trimmed, but many branches still hang over the house, when their instructions were to remove any branches over the house and within 5 feet of the roof. They did not paint outside, there is one part where they may have done one coat of paint but the stains are still visible. As far as I can tell, nothing was done with the kitchen sink as it still gurgles the same way it did before the "repair". The toilet was already fixed before they began their work, and they were not forthcoming/did not offer any money back.They replaced my water heater and did not provide any documentation or warranty information, when I asked they did not respond to me for weeks. Finally my realtor asked them and they told her I needed to go online.This company is unresponsive, unreliable, and unsafe. Not to mention the prices they charged were extremely high. At the time I didn't mind because I thought the seller was paying and that the work would get done. However, I no longer have any confidence that this company can complete a job reliably. I've reached out about a refund multiple times and have received no helpful communication so far.Services: Exterior painting, General repairs, Plumbing services

We just bought our home and had these guys come out and do the repairs. Even though they are super busy, they were extremely prompt and diligent with their work and came out almost immediately. A few weeks later, We experienced a crack in our home and asked some company to come out and tell us if we needed to fix our foundation. They quoted us at 7000. Then we called these guys to get a second opinion and they didn’t try to sell us anything, they told us what they would do in this situation. I asked them to come out and they came out the next day to check for us. They are great to work with and I would choose them every time!Service: General repairs

Went through this company at the recommendation of our realtor but by the end of it all; we started receiving very little replay when we reached out with questions. It’s now a few months later and their work speaks for itself. Any evidence of painting done is gone. Very disheartening for this new home owner.

Well we thought we found a good company to do structural work on our house, gave us a prompt inspection although he spent maybe 5 min under the house. We were given a great quote & were ready to sign the contract we even had a couple things we wanted to add to the work list. They never responded back and I have not received a contract. I would also like to add that I have noticed as everyone else reading these reviews should that whenever they get a complaint on shotty work they instantly write a lengthy argument instead of taking accountability for a job that obviously wasn't well done. Its an instant argument and no accountability.

In Nov 2017 this company repaired my roof siding in my house in Columbus, IN, due to created mold on my master bathroom subfloor and crawlspace after a potential buyer requested it. We paid almost $6K for the job and we did not look at other alternatives since we were in a hurry. Unfortunately, the sale did not go through and we are now renting. Three months later after heavy rain my tenants observed stained on the master bathroom roof. We contacted this company and they told us they went to the house and did something. However, when we asked them to paint the stain on the drywall, they said that their repairs did not have anything to do with that and they stopped replying to our phone calls or emails. We live out of state and it was difficult to follow up or understand if they own this problem and we just let it go. One year later, Nov 2018 we had the same issue. This time, the insurance company performed an inspection and their conclusion was that the repair was not done properly in the house and that water was still entering through the side of the house. Since this company only offers 6-month warranty, we have to fix the issue somewhere else. Please stay away from this company.. They do not stand for their work

This company was hired to complete works on our purchased property. The electrical work that was subcontracted was completed as requested to a good standard. However the work completed by the handyman himself was poor and did not treat the problem. Some windows were treated for wood rot and still have wood rot. The plumbing work was never completed. I left messages for this company but nobody rang me back.

The buyer of a home we were selling had this company come in and give an estimate. They mentioned all sorts of things they could fix with the price for fixing it. One of the items was a piece of the ductwork was not attached and they wanted eighty dollars to fix it. We chose to use our HVAC guy for the fix. Our guy was in there right before they were and saw no other problems. This company went in and did the other jobs we had agreed to. After the sale of the house, the owners had a problem with the air flow from the A/C, so our HVAC guy went back under to see what was happening. The rest of the ductwork under the house was either off or crushedThis company said it was that way before they gave estimate, yet they only ask to repair 1 duct for$80. We also got with the inspector and he said it was not like that when he was there. If our HVAC guy had seen it he would have given us an estimate to fix it. So it only leaves this company to have done the damage while they were under there doing their work.
