We had used Cook previously in 2018 at a rental home we were selling because the A/C wasn't working. They found that the system had been hit by lightening, so we were able to get a whole new system through our insurance. The guys that did the work were knowledgable and did great work. So when we moved back to Crawfordsville, we had them back to check the HVAC system at our new home since it was an older system. Aaron was very polite when he arrived. He found the filter had not been changed for years, and we were shocked to find the date on the old filter was July 2017! He took the time to sweep out everything he could reach inside, and cleaned the furnace fan which was incredibly filthy since the filter not being changed. We are extremely happy with the service Cook provides, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.

Jacob, came to do a baseline plumbing inspection in our newly built home. As expected he found no issues… but when I questioned him on how to get hotter water in our shower.. he made adjustments to the water heater and the actual shower valve… oh the new found joys of a super hot shower! Cooks is our go to for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing!

The folks from Cook’s did a wonderful job! What I appreciated most was that they listened to me. I had done some preliminary work on figuring out a plumbing issue, and they actually listened to what I had to say and went forward from there, and it saved time. This really stands in contrast to any number of other repair services I’ve experienced over the years. They were also punctual and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Great company! Abby and Tommy went above and beyond to get my washer going. I recently relocated and needed the washer asap. They made it happen. AWESOME service!!!Update-In addition to the washer issue, Tommy pointed out a leak in the main sewer line. He gave me an estimate (more than a fair price). Had to be scheduled at later date. They were quick to get it scheduled. Jacob and Joshua were the team that came out. These two were justas fantastic as Tommy. Professional, courtesy, hardworking boys!! They performed excellent work and did it way faster than I thought was possible. I can't say enough about my experiences with Cook!! From office staff to the service techs.
