We had some bad storm damage on our old roof. King Kong Roofing was very responsive, fast and very professional. They worked with our insurance company and made getting the repairs done easy on our end. They also cleaned up and left the house in great shape. I can honestly say I have not found a single nail after they left. The flower beds around the house were also left untouched. After the high winds I had some shingles blow off my house. I called Bryan with King Kong Roofing and he came out. He was very professional and told me my options. He was able to replace them and get my roof watertight before I had any leaks.

Called them. They set up appointment came the next day instead of appointment date. Then they came patched it without calling to get approval and sent a bill. Three days later it was raining and leaking again. Let them know. That was on a Wednesday, they said they could not come until Saturday at 5:00 pm. It rained and leaked the next two days. Saturday came they didn’t show up for their appointment time , so I contacted them. They said they could come Monday between 4-6. It supposed to rain tomorrow and will leak again. Not impressed at all! Call someone else!

Excellent work done, whole roof from tear off to finished in one day!!!! ! Very professional work and great clean up afterwards. Photos were taken during progress of work to see what was truly being done. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! GREAT JOB!!!!
