I work for another construction company. Came back from lunch break to my car broken into only men on job site were employed by this company. Not going to say the name of location but it was in a wealthy neighborhood. Background checks or drug test are more then likely not used when looking for employees by this company. Choose a better group of men to be in or around your home!

We had Momper insulation scheduled for a day to insulate our house in August of 2021. A day before I called to insure they were coming because we had a drywall crew and flooring crews lined up in order. They said they ran behind and were going to be there the following week on a Thursday. rescheduled the drywall crew, finishers and flooring guys.I called on the next Wednesday a day before they said they were coming and they said that they had equipment broke down and they were behind almost a week and they would be there the following Tuesday. I again rescheduled the drywallers, drywall finishers and flooring guys.I called back the next Monday before and they said they had more equipment breakdowns and they wouldn't be able to make it for probably another week. At this point I asked what the deal is and they openly admitted that I was the bottom of the list due to not being a contractor. He said we were over two weeks behind anyways for a month and there was no way to get it the original date. I was very disappointed and wished they could have been realistic with their time up front and not lead me on.So it was 9 a.m. Monday morning and I called Air-Tite Insulation and asked them about the situation. He was there by noon and gave a price within $250 of the Momper quote. They arrived at the house the next morning and had it finished by the end of the week.My advice is that Momper is putting all their eggs in one basket with their contractors and doesn't care about the homeowner and when the economy crashes or building drops they are going to be hurting for work due to their lack of care for individual jobs.

Contacted momper for an estimate on insulation for my attic. I was told by the receptionist someone would contact me with 2 business days to set up an appointment. No one called so I called again 5 days later and told them I needed to set an appointment because no one has returned my call. Had to give all my information all over again and they acted as if I had never called to begin with. Ended up cancelling the appointment and went with another company because I felt put off by the situation.

Very Rude, couldn't even get an estimate after 2 weeks of calling. Spoke to Bob Urbanski yesterday and he promised an estimate today, again, no estimate sent to me. I followed up with a phone call, the person who answered the phone told me Bob already left for the day and I should look for another company - so rude, will never use them again.UPDATE: Bob Urbanski called me the next day and sent me an estimate. work is scheduled. I will update when job is complete

Customer service was less than satisfactory, even calling in they were rude and uninformative. I talked to a couple of the employees in person as well and they were obviously not wanting to talk so I definitely will be going somewhere else!
