We had major water damage on our main floor affecting five rooms and part of basement. Monroe was immediately on site with stabilization. They worked with our insurance company and replaced floors, tile, drywall and carpet to more than expectations. The construction clean up was extremely thorough as well and much appreciated. JD and his crew followed up on all details to be sure we were satisfied.

Michelle, Carly, and Dave, are the team members whose names I know. There were a couple other guys out helping that I don’t know their names… And perhaps there are some that have been around or working behind the scenes that I am not aware of. Although the job is still a work in progress, they have all been very professional, friendly, and good at what they are doing. Yes it’s taking a little longer than I imagined… But there is more damage than first thought. I appreciate their knowledge and kindness in the process. 5 Star Service! If you are lucky enough gain their services during these tough times please do! Dave and Michelle are amazing people very helpful and honest! I made the mistake of hiring Service Master in the beginning and they took 6 months to do the dismantle and come up with a quote. Probably because they were from Niles and I’m from Elkhart. I made the mistake of going by the Google review because Service Master figured out how to delete bad reviews. Lesson learned. Shop local. ABCO built my house back after that terrible fire that took my garage in half the time they said the other guys would. Hope this review helped you and I’m sorry you suffered any loss. Was advised by my insurance agent to call ABCO immediately due to standing water in my basement because of a power outage. They had lots of other calls to make that day, but still found a way to get to work the same day and mitigate the damage. There is no way I could have done that without their help.
