After purchasing a house we thought was good, 3 years later to find it wasn't wrapped. And some wood rot. Looking for a company who sounds like they know what they are doing with positive reviews.Out of the 3 I found Moreno's wasn't the cheapest, but a home is an investment, you get what you pay for. Juan was very knowledgeable about his capabilities. His crew, just as knowledgeable about their trade.We had our not very old siding removed, the entire house wrapped( with quality wrap) and chose new siding just to make it pop.These guys were very fast and extremely efficient.Attention to detail was phenomenal!The house looks great.Even helped find financing.There are very few companies like Moreno's, it is nice to see there are honest, hard working people still.I would recommend Juan and his crew to tackle just about anything.

Juan and team were great to work with. They were all extremely knowledgeable and consultative. The team showed up on time, were very personable, and extremely detail oriented. The workmanship of the siding install and on-site custom aluminum wrapping around the windows looks phenomenal! Additionally, the cleanup was done very thoroughly as I have yet to find a nail. Great job!

Moreno's Roofing did a great job! They fixed what needed fixed and didn't try to oversell me on anything like other companies did. They gave me a great price on the roof overlay with repairs and new skylight... half of what the competition said. They were even able to come in and do the job earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Moreno's Roofing and will when anybody ask if I know of a good roofing company!

As I researched Roofing Tiles Companies, I was horrified to see that all availablein this area had multiple complaints. In the end I decided to go with Owen Corning because Morenos Roofing company is a Preferred Roofer with them, had a better Warranty, and he has experience.Mr. Moreno came to give an estimate when the ceiling around my skylightshowed it was leaking on the home I bought last year. He worked for me when my home owners did not want to pay to replace the 20-year-old Skylight, or the underneath boards that has become bad due to the slow leak from last summers' storm damage.Not only did the Homeowners Insurance decide pay for the items "we normally do not cover this part" but he, also, removed two invasive plantsat the start of my sidewalk that I hated, and recommended at good contractor he knew to finish the inside area of the sky light (not covered under roofing) and lay the Tiles I had purchased for that bathroom at a very reasonable cost!He and his crew began the repairs within a couple days of signing, were prompt & courteous, and they even reattached the gutter that was poorlyinstalled during inspection. The previous men cut it too short to stay together and they put screws through it to keep it together, and even wrapped some of my white duck tap around it to be sure it did not work loose.Always very professional and thoughtful to us. I highly recommend them. Get a quote from them. I find in life that people react to how they are first treated. They were very respectful to me.

A fantastic roofing contractor. Moreno's responded very quickly to every communication, from quote through the end of the roofing project. The crew that came to our home arrived exactly when we were told they would be on site, worked extremely hard and efficiently on our project, and did an excellent job cleaning up when the project was complete. Juan and his crew worked professionally on my total roof replacement from start to finish! They also had to replace a lot of my decking in my cathedral ceiling area along with installing proper ventilation from the soffit up to the ridge so that problem was solved also. Juan needed to address a ridge beam and rafters issue before decking and shingling my roof. Now ridgeline is high on one side of my breezeway. Juan then tried to shake me down for another 3 or 4 thousand to redo.Facia work was shoddy. Gaps.where a bird could get in. I opened my home for Juan to use my bathroom and he stuffed almost a whole roll of toilet paper down my toilet and kept flushing and flushing until my toilet overflowed and water was coming out from under our bathroom door and flooded our hallway. I went down the basement and it was raining toilet water. My wife was furious. Gutters are great. Sub contracted out. Different crew. Working 12 to 15 hour days attention to detail quickly diminishes. Would not recommend. What I would recommend is to drop a porta potty off at the job site the day before

With several roofing contractors in the area, choosing the right one for the job can be arduous. Its needs to be done right at a fair price with a certain level of trust involved. Moreno’s Roofing easily checked those boxes. It all began with a very detailed quote and exceptional communication leading up to the actual install. All of our questions were answered promptly. They even helped me source a mason for the stone chimney work that needed to be done prior to the roof install. It took four days to install metal roofing on the house and our small garden shed. Sun up to sun down. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up whatever mess was made. I’m sure my neighbors appreciated that as much as I did. The house looks fabulous. We had Moreno’s replace the roof on our garage. Juan was very thorough with the quote. His crew came and in one day removed the old roof repaired damage to the sheeting put on new roofing, soffit and gutters. They were thoughtful regarding our plants snd cleaned up all the debris. We had 4 roofing contractors give us an estimate of reroofing our home. Morenos Roofing LLC was not the least expensive but we looked at his recent jobs and reviews and felt comfortable offering him the job. They started the job earlier than we expected which was a plus for us. They started on a Friday morning and finished on Saturday afternoon. They cleand up their waste and magnetically swept lawns/patios. Juan suggested using a better matching drip edge that looks great. Juan and his crew were professional, courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend Morenos Roofing LLC. Their quality of work is 5 star.

Siding install was professional in inclement weather. Manuel and his crew rock! Manuel found an issue with a previous window install, which he corrected. Mind you, this was for siding on an existing home. Thank you for your craftsmanship, professionalism and taking pride in your work! I highly recommend this company, and they will be doing our roof when we are ready.

They were very efficient and very nice. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned up after themselves However the overall cost was not what we were quoted and prepaid for. They told us there was a problem with the soffits when they started working on the roof. I should say they didn't tell us directly even though we were home their office manager called us. She led us to believe that they were replacing all the soffitts and long story short they replaced the front ones only. The price they charged us was way too much and even with a small discount after we questioned it. The price was still 708.50 over what we were quoted and paid in full in advance. From the start of the project to completion Juan provided everything that he promised and more.From the initial inspection of the house, to giving us a quote, to giving us a start and finish date, he provided everything he said he would.We had all of the siding and trim around all windows and doors replaced. We were very specific on how we wanted the trim done around the windows. The attention provided by Moreno’s to detail was beyond our expectationsThey were very respectful of all of our landscaping outdoor furniture etc. They cleaned up at the end of each day and the final clean up was great! In addition, at the end of each day the “crew” wanted us to review if all was great or any changes. On top of that Juan even came on Sunday to double check clean up!Materials were to notch!We would definitely recommend this company!Professional, Excellent craftsmanship, Great Value!Thanks Moreno’s!!
