I used Amy Gardner and team for replacing my roof, and I can't say enough positive things about the experience! I found her on Google, and given they were local, I figured I'd at least get a quote. Amy's pricing was very competitive with some of the bigger names, but on top of that, it was clear she knew her stuff. She personally came out for the initial quote, and was my main point of contact throughout the whole process (she was up on the roof as work went on). She was knowledgeable and was able to answer every question without hesitation or 'let me go ask so-and-so'.When the work happened, I was out of town, and she was extremely communicative with each decision point and minor issues that came up. My roof is odd in that it is a shallow, poorly vented roof. Amy worked with me on a special venting system that's unique for my style of roof, and ended up being the perfect solution for my needs.On top of that, they didn't blink an eye when they found out my house had 4 layers of shingles!Great experience all around, and would definitely recommend you give them a call.
