We are so happy with our house by premier homes! We have had it for two years now and the quality is excellent. Anything that needed fixed the first year we lived here was fixed very quickly and it has held up so great! I was so nervous with drywall cracking with it being a modular home but it has held up nicely. We had a great experience with Hope and Tim!

As seniors my wife and I decided to sell our stick home and purchase a manufactured home. Knowing nothing Tim at Premier Home gave us tours of HUD compliant homes, we were surprised with the selection of upscale interiors, types of foundations, appliances all included. Tim acted as an advisor not a salesperson. We are know downsizing and looking forward to our new home.Chuck

Would not recommend them at all, we had closed on our loan with them on May 8th 2018. I had questions on some of there procedures as far as foundations go and we were having a porch put on as well, Premier homes back out of a closed loan with the statement they did not want to build us a problem. If this is the kind of service you want on one of the biggest purchase you will make in life then they are the one. Just dont ask any questions about foundations or any other structural concerns..

By far one of the best places to shop for mobile and modular homes in our area the prices may seem a bit high but it's all basically up front pricing includes delivery setup etc office staff is super helpful and accommodating and the no pressure environment is also a great thing...
