I am absolutely thrilled with my window purchase with LEI Home Enhancements. They were recently installed and look amazing! I worked with Brooke Buis all throughout the process. She was very kind, informative, and walked me through the entire purchase process. If I ever needed anything or had questions, she made sure I had her personal number. I was very shocked and excited to see her on installation day as well! I know I would have this one on one care with anyone else. She never made me feel like just a sale. She made me feel heard, valued, and secure in my investment. If you need windows, you should call and ask for her!

Run away from this company. My windows were installed and I immediately had to have someone come out and fix all of the windows because they weren't installed properly. There was air leaking where my double hung windows connect on all of the windows in December. Now 18 months later and some of the windows are leaking and water is streaming in from the joint at the corner of the window. Called LEI to have them come out and take a look and they passed me off to Alside the window manufacturer. I was told by LEI that I should have a third party inspector come out first to evaluate the window to make sure it was a "window issue" and not a decorative trim or gutter issue. What a waste of time. They took my money and ran. But Darlene from LEI said she was helping me by sending me the link to Alside's warranty claim submission. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

LEI did an excellent job with our windows! We have so many that we did them in sections and both instances we had great service and we love our windows. We immediately felt a difference and know that we will save lots of money on utilities over time. We researched many companies and found that many had sneaky exceptions to their warranties but not LEI! We would choose them again in a heartbeat!Service: Window installation

We purchased 10 new windows for our older home that had windows that wouldn't open. We chose to go with LEI for the triple pane windows and the added security features they had to offer. 16 weeks to get them in and installed which was right on schedule to what they quoted us with. Ed, the installer, did great job with install and wrap. He was on time each day and did great job with clean up. We love our new windows so much and can't wait to get more done for our downstairs. The salesman was great in describing everything that came with our windows. We were extremely happy with all involved in the process.Service: Window installation

I recently started inquiring about getting my windows and patio door replaced in my home. I had four companies come to my home to give me a bid. I must admit I was little hesitant with LEI as I had never heard of them. After reviewing quality, price, financing, and warranties I narrowed it down between LEI and another company that I was familiar with. In the end I chose LEI and I must say I have been pleasantly surprised working with Brooke. Because of Brooke's hard work and ability to beat the competitor on every level that's why I ultimitly chose LEI. You get what you pay for. 9 double hung, two giant sliders, 1 awning style window, and 1 French patio door for $12k. Windows would not pass quality inspection from another company I am sure. More than half of them has had issues sills were bad vinyl not fused correctly, or glue from the manufacture all over the glass. Two windows ordered wrong, the bathroom wasn't obscured, but a bedroom window was. On reorder attempt they were again manufactured incorrectly, it has been 7 months from my initial order and still my windows are wrong and I am waiting another 2 to 3 months for them to be ordered right. The install team has shown up late every time with a barrage excuses. This has taken 5 appointments with the install team. The first team was polite but showed zero quality in their work and ethics. They left J channel plastic, caulk tube tips, insulation, and empty water bottles all over my yard that I had to clean up the next day. The door installer "knew" "everything" and was the "best" he did a poor quality job as well, The overhead door frame sagged, spray foam insulation was splattered all over my house and the new door and frame. The cases around the door had 1/4 gaps at the corners, and air was blowing in all around the door frame. I preformed a smoke test to visually revealed this. The window team also left old J channel up and didnt install new j channel with the new windows. Locks on the windows were not adjusted and the windows could not be shut all the way. 7 months later and a new install team is here with the correction list and new window sashes. Still some are wrong again, so this means I have to wait more time for this all to be resolved. To top it off it was extremely difficult to get ahold of the business side of this company to talk to a person that could handle my issues. I got the run around several times and the buck was being passed from one person to the next along with shifting blame and more excuses, this lasted weeks until I canceled my payment to them and they called me back that very same day to address my concerns.There is always and excuse with these people, a broken down truck, a blocked loading ramp, broken windows, wrong windows. 3 times I heard the sick kid excuse, I get it, but don't make it my problem. I highly, highly recommend passing on this company and going with anyone else.Services: General door installation, Window installation

Very slow service. My order has been incorrect 3 times. We ordered our windows 6 months ago, had one of the wrong windows installed and didn't even bring another or our sliding glass door. 1 month AFTER the first set of installation, I get a notification to approve the purchase of the rest of my order... The sales people are liars, not that anyone is surprised by that. I cannot and will not EVER recommend this group or the groups that are contracted through them.

I started as a marketing representative on 06/01/2020 and I am already an Assistant Director of Operations. I also believe in the quality of our products and work. It's an amazing company all around!

Will never recommend this company to anyone! Started our project in July 2020. Its Feb 2021 and they still aren’t done because the installation of our doors is horrendous! The whole process was a joke with communication, windows and doors arrived broken. Installation of j channels were atrocious and they had to redo all of it! On October 29, 2020 - another record high Covid-19 day for the state of Indiana - LEI not only sent 2 people around my neighborhood selling windows door to door, but these individuals are doing so without their masks. Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional and absolutely inexcusable.

Don't just shut the door on them, SLAM the door! Do not let them talk you into buying windows. Very unprofessional. The lack of preparedness is insane. You will regret signing a contract with them the minute you do it. All they want to do is take your money. Lets not even talk about their poor marketing skills and inability to respond to the reviews to try and enhance the customer experience. Don't waste your time.Service: Window installation
