Kevin promptly came out to access the damage and upon inspection, it was determined that we needed a new roof. Kevin told us exactly what to expect and so the job began. We feared the worst after moving into our new home after a big storm and noticing some small "coffee stains" on the ceiling. After having Carl come out today, he assured us that while the stains were likely from a prior issue, that he was sure it wasn't from the large storm or an active leak in our home. He check the home inside and out and couldn't find any sign of a leak or moisture inside the home attic. Damian King was able to quickly come out for an inspection and estimate to repair a roof leak and get someone out to fix it asap. Stay Dry Roofing in Fishers came out and inspected our roof here within a day of my call. They were able to get an estimate to my insurance company and get our roofing repair scheduled quickly. Super simple process-really. The crew came out on time discovered additional roofing damage but took great before and after photos for our insurance company to show more roofing work was required. When buying our house our inspector recommended we get stay dry roofing out to check the roof side there were some issues. He told us he had seen their work on other houses and it's always been good quality. I contacted them and they came out promptly. The inspector, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the things that were of concern, without trying to over sell me. I learned a lot and now have a good idea of what the roof needs now and long term!

I’d like to give a BIG shoutout for Kevin and crew from Stay Dry Roofing!!! A couple of weeks ago we experienced a dampness on the drywall in an upstairs room, just along the baseboard…. We called Kevin, he came out as soon as he could and after careful examination on the roof and inside concluded we had an ice dam that would resolve itself. He came back yesterday because the area was still damp, he helped my husband get in the attic and he removed a vent cover to see if any condensation or water could be found!! I’d say that’s pretty amazing! We all concluded with this strange weather we’ve been having because the roof, now thawed, is in good shape it was indeed an ice dam…THANK YOU Kevin and STAY DRY ROOFING!!! We hired this local Fishers roofing company after our last hail storm here in 2021. Carmel IN and Fishers area have been hit hard the last few years. Especially here around Geist. The hail damage and storm damage allowed us to file a claim in Indy and get our roof replaced for free. ( minus deductible) I'd call them again in a heartbeat for any roof-related issue. They are the best Fishers roofing contractors around.

Scumbag door knocker from Stay Dry Roofing came to my door while I wasn't home, peered through the window in my door, jiggled the handle to try to get inside, then when only the doorknob was unlocked and not the deadbolt too, he said "Damn" and walked away. All caught on video. Fishers PD responded after I saw the video. Because he didn't actually get inside and they couldn't prove his intent, there was nothing they could do other than cite him for soliciting without a permit and make note of suspicious activity. Use this company at your own risk; I've got video of what they're willing to do when they think nobody is looking.
