After one of the recent storms, I called ARC and Ryan came and evaluated the roof damage. He came back again to meet with our insurance agent and confirm the damage. We had a great crew who replaced our roof. We are so happy with how the new roof looks, Linda helped provide some shingle choices that we hadn’t considered and really like or we ended up getting. I had called a handful of roofing companies after last week's storm and haven't heard back from a single one. ARC/Ryan were recommended by a family friend, shortly after. ARC came out and did a full walkthrough and evaluation. They told us our finance options to move forward with our full replacement. We were never rushed. ARC gave us time to evaluate all the work and quotes. Once we were ready to move forward, they were quick to start and actually finished earlier than estimated. The crew still came back the next day to ensure everything was fully cleaned up. Their work was thorough, and all people involved were so kind. Arc provided me with aluminum fascia trim I needed to replace. I probably called 10-12 companies and contractors and most never responded or didn’t seem to care to help since it was a little job. Communication was easy with Linda and Mike and within a couple days I had my aluminum fascia they bent for me that perfectly matched the existing on my house. The fact that they cared to help me get $50 (a fraction of what I thought it would cost) worth of material meant a lot and they’ll definitely be my first call for bigger jobs in the future.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Tony and Ryan were amazing! They went above and beyond what I think others would do. My insurance was awful to work with and kept denying the claim, but they never gave up and I got my new roof within a week of finally getting insurance. I hardly had to deal with the insurance company at all (which I appreciate so much) and they fought very hard on my behalf. It took almost a year battling with insurance, but they remained positive and persistent, and we love our new roof and could not be happier!
