I initially was pretty happy with this team. In 2021, they installed, what I think, is a very strong product in their seamless gutter system. The gutters and the leaf guards looked nice, they worked well, and the team completed the job fairly quickly.Since then, however, I've been less than happy with them. When they took the job, I was informed they would identify and replace weakened wood structure (for an additional cost) if they found any. As it turns out, they installed part of the gutters along a fascia board that they likely should have replaced before the gutter installation. During storms in early 2023, these gutters came loose from the fascia board and have opened a small gap in my roofline.I have been trying to get the team to come repair my gutter and roof area ever since, and it's been one excuse to another. I don't know whether this repair is covered under any sort of workmanship guarantee as I've not been able to find such language on our estimates or anywhere on their website. I'd be happy to pay to have it repaired, if anyone would actually return my call. The receptionist has been trying to get someone to help me for months.I certainly hope no one else goes through this frustration, and I do wish the company well. However, my experiences have not been overly positive.

Brett Stinson was a excellent experience to work with !!! Very knowledgeable and walked through the process very professionally and was actually a joy to be around.He was sure I was satisfied with the work and very involved with the workers making sure everything was done perfectly and on time. I am not one to write reviews of places. I would give 0 stars if possible. The roofing work may be fine, but one of the drivers almost hit me in Evansville, IN. 01-19-2023 4:24pm going home south bound green river (wish I would of got the license plate) I noticed the driver was swerving in front of me (probably texting and driving) and he went to merge in front of me - no turn signal, no nothing and almost hit me and my car. I honked and he proceeded to wave and apologize. Do better when hiring drivers, ESPECIALLY when they have your logo slapped on the side. I called and of course you’re closed at 4:30, and I would have love to of left this message via voicemail, but of course your mail box is full. DO BETTER! HIRE BETTER DRIVERS WHO PAY ATTENTION!

I had signed a contract with another company and a family member called up the owner Bret telling him we needed his services.Bret dropped what he was doing and met with my husband and I that day. Not only did we get a better quote on our roof, but we got great quote on siding, soffit, facia, gutters, gutter guards, garage door wrap, front and back porch underpinning, front door installation and storm door Installation. Our house was built in 1974 and non of these things had every been maintained and updated (besides the roof that was over 20 years old). Working with Bret and his team was an amazing experience. Had my roof replaced almost 2 months ago. It still leaks and there response is they don't know when they can get someone back out to fix it. Each time they did come out for the replacement of the roof, no one ever notified me prior to there arrival.Anytime I've called it takes days or weeks for a response back, if any at all.I found dozens of nails and screws left in driveway, inside my garage and on the street. There was trash left in my front and back yard plus left over materials.They damaged some part of my front porch awning that I can't even open my out swing front door all the way now.I personally feel like since I paid them they don't care about fixing my problems and have moved on to the next customer.I would not recommendServices: Roof repair, Roof installation

Bret & a few men from his crew came by to inspect a leak I had from all the storms that have passed through recently. They arrived on time to the 9am appt (actually were 5 mins early). He asked me a few questions about my home and walked me through the process. They were professional & talked with me as if they’d known me for years. Upon inspection of my roof, Bret found that the silicone that surrounds the vents on the roof had come apart, as well as a handful of shingles (new roof in 2019) that had lifted from some wind. He came back at 7pm the same day to replace the silicone and fix the lifted shingles free of charge. He also measured the exhaust fan & offered to purchase a new one (when I mentioned wanting to replace my current one) and have it installed for reimbursement cost. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bret & Roof Masters. I reached out to Roofmasters from a referral after a local company failed to install my roof after a number of missed commitments. I messed up the first time, but made a great decision with Roofmasters! Bret and Lisa were awesome to work with and my wife and I trusted them from beginning to end. Overall, I was happy with everything, but a few things really stood out. First, they did exactly what they said they would do - from being on time to provide with me with my estimate, showing up and completing the jobs when they said they would and then coming back to wrap up minor details as they promised. How many contractors out there can you count on to do that? Second - their installation crew was fabulous. You could tell their team truly enjoyed working with one another as there were a number of occasions where we heard them laughing and enjoying each other, they seemed to appreciate the job and were an absolute pleasure to interact with. I've seen some other roofing jobs in the neighborhood that took days. Roof Masters sent a full crew and they were very hardworking, focused, fast, and professional. Our new roof was completed by Roof Masters in just one day, as promised (including complete tear-off of old shingles, replacement of water-damaged wood where needed, creation of a new ridge vent, installation of new liner and new shingles). Roofmasters came to my rescue when I had to unexpectedly fire our current roofer as a result of an unacceptable product, I refused to allow him to continue to work as I was very unhappy. When I reached out to Roof Masters they were able to meet all of my needs and more! Due to the roof underlay being exposed they were able to come and complete the job in a matter of days to assure no other damage was had. We opted to go with the never roof again material and could not be happier. Cosmetically it is stunning. Roof masters was able to also meet our financial needs to allow us to make a quick turnaround.
