This company is amazing! We originally received an estimate from a well established company in Fort wayne. It was high pressure and they offered a discount only if you signed a contract the same day. No inspection was done to give a good estimate. I called 260 roofing and am SO glad I did. Both owners came to our house to explain the entire process and give us brochures and shingle examples. There was no pressure whatsoever. They climbed on the roof for an inspection and even went into the attic to check for existing water damage. They sent us an estimate sheet that was broken down in detail, even listing their profit margin. They completed the roof in one day and were very thorough cleaning up afterwards. One of the owners inspected it afterwards and even braved my rickety ladder to remove a satellite dish that wasn't even attached to the roof. They were very detailed and even painted my furnace vent to match the roof. The final price of the roof was considerably less than the first company I got the estimate from, and the roof is better quality. If you need a new roof you should consider this company to do the work. You won't regret it.
