The owner accepted the job, took our money, and never did any work. After multiple calls, he refused to return the payment or do the work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's unfortunate.

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit.Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week.Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning.Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow.Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday.Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away.Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad.Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov).The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me.The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.

Affordable Sewer Service was one of the best home based services I have used! Our kitchen drains were backed up, and after a fruitless effort on my part to fix it we decided to call a professional in to fix it. So I tried many different services in the Fort Wayne/Allen County area. All the estimates were right around the same, except for Affordable Sewer Service, after I called the main office I was actually put on the phone with the owner, his name was Brad Olson. He answered all of the questions I had with patience. I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest, and up front in his answers. One of my questions was how long they had been doing this, and when he informed me that they had been in the pluming game for over 30 years, and he also gave me an estimate that was below the other companies, I decided to schedule an appointment with affordable Sewer Services. Ultimately they came out at exactly when they told me they would be there. The workers introduced themselves, and could not been nicer people. They started by trying to run a snake down the sink itself. They tried about 15 times or more, but it would not work. The workers then decided to check (my home is a mobile home) underneath the house. It turned out that I don't have the ideal pluming set-up under the house so they cut the pipes, used a blow bag on them at least twice, and they ran the snake again, and that did the trick! They then put everything back together, glued the pipes back together, and cleaned everything up. When all was said and done our tough clog took them 6 hours to fix, because the blockage was that bad. I was amazed when they told me how much to pay, and it was actually below the estimate I was given! The folks from Affordable Sewer Services will get my future business if their services are needed! I highly recommend this company for anyone who lives in the Northeastern Indiana area, and finds they are in need of pluming services!

I had been dealing with this business for a couple weeks when we had back up. When we were put on the schedule, they didn't show up until after closing hours each time and we had to stay over. The workers that showed up for the job thought that we might have a main line issue and were quoting us on clearing all lines. When I called again to have services done again and to find out about quoting, my calls were ignored and the lady told me she was blocking me and hung up. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Yes, their rates are hard to beat, but that's if you can deal with the horrible customer service and communication.

Crooks. They did my sewer line 2 yrs ago for 4500 and it plugged up again because they only replaced the beginning and the end of the line and not the middle!!! Took them 3 weeks to complete the job. A-AA made me a new line in 1 day!!!. Do not use affordable sewer services it will cost you again in the future!!! Also they only have a 1 year warranty which they did not state at the time of service. When I called them back in june of 2020 with my concerns they said their was nothing they could do for me.

Steve, did a great job cleaning the drain lines. He was careful to make sure everything was draining well before he left the job. The rates are very fair for weekend service. I am highly satisfied !!

I am so appreciative that Affordable Sewer & Plumbing Answer my panick call on our croggled sewer line on Sunday evening.10/27/19 .The crew arrived around 8 pm looking tired from a long day but made sure my emergency was taking care of. To me take that was great service! . Early I had been turned down by three other companies ( one I had a service agreement with ) We take for granted when we shower, wash clothes, use the toliet until the system stops working. )I thank the Affordable Sewer & Plumbing staff so much . Had someone scheduled to come out between 1 and 3. I called the main office at 330 when the technician still hadn't shown up. I was told he would be there in 30 min. The office called me back 5 min later and said it could be up to an hour. 430 came and went. The technician finally called a little after 5 and said it would be 30-45 min. He then called back 40 min later asking if we could reschedule. The professionalism of this place is extremely lacking. If you value your time at all do not use this company.

Would give no stars if possible. The owner Brad is a lair and a crook. Destoyed our back yard trying to "find" the broken tiles they thought it was under a huge old tree trunkThey dug out the trunk ( did not find the broken tile) left a huge hole and the huge stump in the middle of the yard. They damaged our flooring in the house and refuse to fix it. BRAD told us that he would be back in the spring to fill in and smooth out the yard and make sure that where they dug up the tile did not leave a rut when the ground settled. He never has done this.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Crooked thieves who give false estimates, and lie. Took advantage, and I hope karma catches up very quickly. Anyone who calls you "partner" is distrustworthy from the get go. Let alone on disability, and yet own a company. Fraudulent much? If SSI and disability has a fraud department, then they should look into the owner of this place.

Had to change review from the 1st time. Couple weeks later problem came up again, owner was not wanting to really get job done and they can't seem to keep help. With what they said had to be done was entirely different than what was done to fix problem. Been a month now and no problem. My advice is stay away from this company,

I called them out to clear the tree roots out of my sewer and they showed up at 10 at night left around midnight and came back the next morning and still could not reslove my issue and charged me 300 dollars and it called root rotor and they came out 2 days later and cleared my line and was cheaper then these guysServices: Drain cleaning, Sewage cleanup

Poor service never showed up talked to him 3 different times said he was having difficulty at the previous job but I'm still coming I understand things happen so cool I'm not tripping 3 hers go by still nothing so I call he says he still coming dont worry 2 more hrs go by and a no show and now won't answer the phone smh dont waste your time they aren't even worth the trouble it's sad really
