I should just simply start off by saying the experience with Bone Dry Roofing was Phenomenal.From even the very start, the sales rep who gave me an honest assessment of my roofs condition… all the way to the finished work… it was a smooth experience.These guys showed up and did the job in a single day. Not a scrap of mess or old roofing material could be found anywhere. Very respectful and honest workers. I appreciated how streamlined they made the entire thing.If you need roofing work done, I do highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. ^^ 10/10 guys

The quality and value of Bone Dry's work is great! There is a large variety of shingles to choose from and I love the way they look. The crew was large and my roof was finished in about five hours. My only issue was with clean-up. There was a lot of debris all over my car inside the garage and a little bit around the perimeter of my house. I do still recommend Bone Dry to my friends and family though!

I had a great experience with Bone Dry Roofing. It wasn't the roof, however, it was a piece of siding the wind blew off of a porch, uncovering some deteriorated wood underneath. They were quickly able to fit me into their schedule, and came up with a plan of repair that would prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend their services.

The quality of workmanship on the roof was impeccable!! They so paid attention to detail. From start to finish the job was done in a day with roughly 20 guys working on the roof. They tarped all the landscaping and cleaned up so the yard looked like it did before they started. They come and inspect every five years to make sure all is good. I would have given a 5 star on communication and promptness. I am only giving a 2 star because I had them fix a leak on my sunroom. They told me they sealed all the seams and around screws they did not at all as i looked after it started leaking again. I asked about a rubber roof they Said this would be best. I figured they do roofs so....well not even 6 months later it leaks again. I called them again great with promptness But...they quoted an astronomical amount and said the roof now needed replaced but 6 months prior they told me it was in good shape and solid. The roof is a10 x12 flat roof sunroom...I think that says it all. They don't wanna do the job with a quote like that. I called Hoosier roof and he to was clear it did not need replaced just needed sealed correctly. I do not enjoy giving a bad review I just feel like once I called back that their work did not last then they over quoted to not do the job. I say this because I received other quotes nothing was close to their astronomical quote. They are probably good for a shingles roof but I don't recommend for a flat roof.Melissa R

We had a exhaust pipe that was leaking, I had Bone Dry come out and checked it out and I scheduled the appt, the guys completed the job and did a fantastic job, the company did a great job communicating the entire time, I would highly recommend Bone Dry for any of your roofing needs!

When I was looking around for quotes on getting some roof repair, I was very impressed with the roof inspector from Bone Dry who came to look at my roof. He got all up in the attic and on the roof, and even did some minor caulking and shingle repair while he was up there. I ultimately didn't go with Bone Dry due to their price, but I was still very impressed with the effort the roof inspector put into examining my roof. If it weren't for the price, I would have gone with this company.This occurred last year around this time. I was looking for some chimney and shingle repair, as well as installation of some bathroom vents -relatively minor stuff. I have no knowledge of their prices regarding whole roof replacement. My point is that based on my experience, I think this company is definitely worth a call for a quote.

The roofers were very careful with our landscaping and nothing had to be fixed or replaced. They also did a great job cleaning up. I had an issues with Bats. I called a local bat company come out and informed me that I had a hole behind my chimney so he could not help me with my issue. Called around to a few companies and Bone Dry was the first to come out. Greg Zehner came out and did an inspection and gave me a thorough quote of everything that was needed. We needed to finance and they worked very hard to get that to go through. That was honestly the longest part of the process. Greg communicated very well and kept me in the loop. My roofing job required the entire roof coming off. The guys came promptly at 7am and worked until almost 8pm ripped off and replacing my entire roof. All of the workers that came were incredibly friendly and professional. They cleaned up really well that you could barely tell they had been there. At the end of the job I did my walk around with the site supervisor and realized there had been a miscommunication somewhere between project management and the workers. I called and spoke to Stephen the general manager and we quickly came to an agreement on how to rectify the situation and bone dry covered the cost 100%. Which took the worry and strain off of us. Even with the miscommunication I would 100% recommend Bone Dry.

I am Tom Tonkel. I live in Twin Eagles in Huntertown. I recently had a new roof out on my home by Bone Dry’ I couldn’t be more pleased and happy with my new roof! The Sales Agent and Installation Manager Mitchell who met with me to sell me my roof is outstanding and professional at all times! He told me the installation crew would arrive at my home at 6:45am to start the project! At 6:35am the entire crew arrived and were ready to work by 6:45am! It was still dark! At 7am Mitchell arrived to supervise the crew and meet with me! He explained what would be happening during the installation and ask me if I had any questions? I had no questions! Mitchell remained onsite until 8:30am. The crew worked throughout the day only took 1 break and lunch! Mitchell returned to the site at noon to check on crew and once again ask me if I had any questions or concerns? My answer was no! The crew finished the project at 5pm and then cleaned up the work site and insured diligently that there were no nails or staples in my lawn landscaping and driveway! At 6pm they left the worksite! At 7pm Mitchell called me to advise me that the project was completed and ask me if I had any questions or concerns! The answer was no! The next day the Branch Manager called me to Thank me for allowing Bone Dry to install my roof and ask me if I had any questions or concerns! Needless to say I am extremely impressed and pleased with with the professionalism and superior customer service! I highly recommend Dry Bone to my family friends and contacts! Thank you gentlemen! Bone Dry Roofing provides great service and customer care. When their day to day inspectors were unavailable to come inspect our roof, they sent out Mitch, a project manager. He was very kind and provided a quote and an anticipated date of service. Stephen, the branch manager, was very compassionate with us when we called to set up payment plans. We had a complete tear off and roof replacement by Bone Dry this October and they did a wonderful job. Our roof looks great and we were very pleased with the whole process. Mitchell was our main point of contact from quoting to post completion. He is very knowledgeable, made sure everything went smooth and was great in communicating with us. Our home is a large ranch therefore our roof is substantial. I was amazed that they were able to complete everything in one day, but they have a huge crew and got it done! Everything was cleaned up nicely. We couldn’t be happier!

I had a complete roof install done a couple of days ago and really wanted to take time to share my experience. Bone Dry Roofing is a great company to go through if you need your roofing projects done, and done right. The whole process from beginning to end was pain free. Joyce, the office manager, was pleasant to work with and handled everything great. Jay Scott came out to do the initial inspection and quote the project. He was on time and got the project rolling quickly. The roof was installed within a week. The day of the install was managed by Danny. They started working promptly at 8am, did a complete tear down and install and left without leaving a trace of any debris. Great job to Danny and his crew. He provided updates and photos of the the project as job went along. Update: while everything below did happen, i must give credit where due. They reached out, explained an account error, that I should not have been sent invoices and my checks were shredded without cashing. So they ate the cost of their mistakes and remedy the situation to my satisfactionDO NOT HIRE if you don’t want to risk getting ripped off. This is why I think their contract basically makes you give up most legal recourse against them….These thieves quoted me for more expensive materials than they used(contract said owens corning shingles but a vast majority of the garage roof was much cheaper liberty gaf rolled roofing which is not mentioned anywhere in the contract), were contracted to put gutters on my breakfast nook and only put up half of what was quoted and did a repair that lasted less than a month which left exposed wooden frame on my house, that I then fixed myself. I think the rolled roofing was probably a lot less labor than than shingling so that may be another way they are stealing from me. Bone Dry left a significant amount of the roof they tore up in the gutter on my garage along with quite a few nails. Luckily, I discovered this and cleaned it up myself before it caused clogging and water damage. I received a text message about billing and responded to it with my my complaints. There was nothing stating that no one monitored the number nor was there a automated text stating this was the case. They never responded. I did not pay them because they were in breach of contract and waited for them to reach out to solve the issue. As far as I’m aware they never made any attempt to contact and make right. They waited almost three years and sent a bill with a threat of it going to collections, which is not only bad customer service, it’s an act of cowardice in my opinion. DO NOT HIRE THEM Am paying to keep my credit from being affected but also consulting an attorney to see what recourse I have. I wonder if they’re named Bone Dry because they screw you with no lube

First of all, the initial inspection revealed hail damage of which neither I nor the other inspections were aware of. That resulted in a successful insurance claim which reimbursed a major portion of the cost.The inspector carefully explained the process, contract, and warranty.Installers arrived by 7:00 AM and began immediately. They were finished by 4:00 and had completely cleaned the roof. Lawn, and flower beds. The roof looks great.Everyone was courteous, professional, thorough, and efficient.I could not have been more pleased with the job. I recommend them very highly.Dan Patton
