We had 10 windows installed by Centurion Exteriors on April25, 2024. This place is a very professional company. They answered all of our questions with complete details. All departments were very polite from the sales man to the installers, and they did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the whole process.The installers worked well as a team. They cleaned up all of the miss including putting down drop cloths, sweeping up, and they even cleaned all the windows! They were very organized and got everything done in one day! I highly recommend this company!

We just got our windows installed last week and all I can say is wow! From our estimate with Doug to install with BJ, everything was great. Doug took the time to explain the hows/whys of their windows and so far everything he said has been true. We can already tell they are MUCH more energy efficient. Any sunny winter day in the afternoon, the loft/kitchen (with west facing windows) would be 10 or so degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not to mention how warm the summer days got. Now with the new windows you cannot feel the heat from the sun coming in and the whole house is the same comfortable temp. Today even after a warmer day (75 degrees) with no AC on the temperature in the house only went up 1 degree in 12 hours. Install day came 8 WEEKS EARLY after the windows were made in only 4 weeks instead of the estimated 12! BJ and his partner did a wonderful job getting the windows installed in about 6 hours AND cleaned everything up inside and out! I expected a big mess after a project like this but they did a wonderful clean up job, even cleaned the windows. As someone who has a lot of anxiety hiring anyone to do work in our home, I was very happy with the level of skill and care shown from our meeting with Doug to install last week. My husband and I could not recommend this company and their windows more! We are LOVING our new windows!

I enquired into Centurion on getting an estimate on a new roof. They were quick to respond, and I agreed to meet with a salesman. Jared F came out and I expected a 30min inspection. What we received was a very thorough inspection and a long explanation of what they offer as far as products. He was very knowledgeable and after 3 hrs we bought a roof. A week or so later I received a call stating the date they would install it on Dec 28th. I woke up that morning to the crew outside my house. No one ever called to tell me when they would be starting. The roof install went great and the crew was quick and cleaned up well. A few days afterward I requested some information on my project and didn't receive it until 4 weeks later. That's the only hiccup I had with my whole experience. I would do business with them again.

The company rate a 5 star from the office to sales to follow up measurements to the installers. They all were very informative, friendly, courteous and all around a pleasure to deal with. Their warranty and quality of window was a big deciding factor. I couldn’t believe how quickly and completely wonderful the installation was. Thank you Dean and your crew!!!

We had an appointment with Jared Fisher yesterday afternoon to talk about a new roof. For me, it's always uncomfortable having someone in your home, wanting to sell you something. I couldn't have been more wrong with Jared. We felt at ease right away. He explained everything about the company from the owners (who by the way, he has a lot of respect for) to the product they would be using. He showed us each piece of product. The inspection was extremely thorough. Even went into the attic. He was very knowledgeable about everything and covered the warranty information, even comparing to others. When he left, we were confident that we would be getting the best of the best. If we are this happy about this initial contact with Centurion, we can't imagine how happy we will be when the project is complete. Centurion is very lucky to have a young man like Jared out there representing their company. We look forward to getting our new roof and the added value it will bring to our home. Castle Centurion did an AMAZING job with our windows! We had them install 12 different sized windows in various areas around the house, and every single one is perfect.They were on time, and got done very quickly. It never felt like they were wasting time or effort. They got in, got to work and we still had most of our afternoon to enjoy when they finished.They also were very clean! They didn’t leave any dust or mess behind (inside or out), and were very respectful of our space.Totally recommend working with them. Easy to work with and these windows are GORGEOUS 😍UPDATE: they are also very thorough. After the team was done with the install, they had another guy come out just to double check everything and make sure the guys didn’t miss anything when they were cleaning up. We met reps at the Ft Wayne home & garden show in 3/23. And we discussed replacing our windows.From the very first encounter they’ve been kind, transparent, and exceptional.Everyone we dealt with patiently addressed all our concerns and questions. The roof looks great. They were quick and efficient; got the tear off of the old roof and the new roof put on while I was at work. When I got home, everything was in perfect order. When I had a question, they responded that very day. They also gave me a refund because the cost of materials came in lower than expected. That was a great surprise. Over all, it was a great experience.

Felicia was very professional and explained in detail the differences between virgin vinyl and an all premium vinyl window. One of our favorite parts was the glass test. We was really impressed with how efficient the glass is. She even showed us pictures of different windows of different styles so we have a better picture view of what our windows would look like. The sales person was very knowledgeable of the products and services they provided, answered all of our questions and concerns. Keeping us informed with progress of our order. Called and worked with our schedule and a Time that someone could be here for them to install the windows. The people who came out to install our windows we're very professional. They didn't make a big mess they cleaned up after themselves the windows look beautiful. They give a demonstration on how to work all the windows and the screens asked us if we had any concerns or questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Our representative Mike G explained everything throughly to help us be informed when deciding what kind of roof to put on our home. The inspection was very detailed and we sat down went through everything. I was impressed with the reps knowledge and ability to explain things to us. Once decided, they were out the next week! The crew arrive early and finished by 1:30, and everything was cleaned up. We have a large home with many peaks and two skylights. They were very professional and the supervisor took me around to make sure I was satisfied with the work and that everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I was so impressed with this company. Everything was an easy process from start to finish! Thank you all. We are happy with our roof and highly recommend Centurion.

I just had my entire house windows replaced by Castle. I am very happy with the entire experience! We had Ryan come to the house to give us a quote and explain their product in July and we were sold, especially after learning about their amazing warranty. The windows are beautiful, awesome energy efficient, and custom built (no junk from the big box stores being used). We were told worst case scenario we wouldn’t get the windows until November since everything is custom made. I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call last week that the windows were in and ready to be installed 2 months early! One week later we had Dean and his crew come to the house and they had the job done in less than 6 hours. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the windows look and how great they operate. I went from my original 1950s aluminum track windows that I don’t even think had glass for their windowpanes, barely opened, had wooden sticks for locks in their tracks, that let ALL the cold air in during winter and ALL my cool air out during the summer, to now having beautiful windows I can actually use and see through! I recommend Castle to everyone! Below I have posted a few before and after pictures to show how much sharper my house looks! The scheduler accommodated my work schedule even tho the crew had to work on Saturday. The financial end was efficient as well. I wanted to give review about Castle Centurion Exteriors 5 stars!!! Everybody from salesman Aaron, installers Trevor and Brent and their boss Mike were great. I was told 8-10 weeks for windows to come in. They came in after about 6 weeks. My scheduled appointment was pretty quick. When the guys showed up it was drizzling so my window install had to be rescheduled. Trevor and Brent showed up pretty early ready to work. They were so kind and nice. They helped me out a lot my moving some of my furniture for me and working around my blinds. That is not part of their job but Mike said he would help me out. Aaron did work me on the price. The price I was given was close to half of what Andersen Windows and Bee Windows gave me. What really sold me on Castle Centurion Exteriors was windows are custom built and the insulation in the frame of window and lifetime guarantee on windows. my only complaint is how long it took to get reschedule date. I believe part of the problem was having to work around the holidays. All and all my experience with everything was great everybody went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Castle Centurion Exteriors for windows.
