We used E&R Contracting for the renovation of the Holiday Inn Express, in Portland Indiana. This company worked with with our brand design company, making sure every detail was completed exactly to specs. Most of the time span of this project was during Covid, but as far as the crews that came into work, there was never any issues of delays. We had Russ and his team replace our old bathroom and kitchen counters with granite. The only thing we had to do was pick out the material. His team did the rest! From removing the old to putting in the new, to clean up and adding finishing touches. They did an awesome job! Next project is new tile in our bathroom and we will be calling Russ for this. I've worked with E&R Contracting on countless commercial projects since 2015. Most recently was a 2000+ sq ft, multilayered interior project, with zero heads-up and an extremely tight and hard deadline. A little over a week before our final walk through, I found out that most of the light fixtures I ordered were stolen in transit. Even though the fixtures were a last-minute request on our end and the delay had absolutely nothing to do with them, Russ made a special trip to get everything installed when it arrived so we could open as planned.Services: General construction, Commercial projects

I never made it to the point of doing business with you. The first phone call I made you answered the phone while you were apparently busy. I felt like calling to discuss becoming a potential customer was an inconvenience to you. I get that all contractors are busy but that's no reason to make anyone feel like an inconvenience. First impressions are everything to me. I was told I'd get a callback and NEVER received one.
