Everything went smoothly. Was completed in 1 day and 3 hours on the next day. The foreman, Parnell kept things going great. He kept things picked up and I didn’t have to do any of that. Did find a few nails, but I didn’t get the grass mowed before they came. The workers were like monkeys up there. Troy came the next day and answered questions I had thought about. i took my night off of work to make sure someone would be home for a quote from erie. i am writing this at 7pm on march 18th and no one has come to my house. i called customer service and she said she didnt even see a representative assigned to come to my house. ive heard a lot of good about erie but this experience ruined them for me and i will not be recommending them.

We had a free quote meeting with this company. Was told the conversation would only take 15 minutes. They were at our house for 2.5 hours, plus the outside part. We gave multiple hints with sometimes rude remarks back, and finally had to ask them to leave. When I said something I was ignored and talked over, my husband had to tell them they were done and leave. Terrible professionalism and can't take no for an answer when told don't want a roof.

Was very pleased with the service I got, and was amazed with how fast the process went, from initial talks to the roof being completed was only about 2 weeks. The actual install only to 2 days from start to finish, they had the old roof off on day 1 and had started putting the new roof on that same night, and had it finished and cleaned up by evening the next day. The communication with both the sales rep and the installer was very good, and both made sure to reach out to me with status updates and to keep me up to date on progress of the install ( I had to work while most of the install was happening). It was also nice getting to walk around with the installer afterwards to go over any questions and to inspect the work before signing off on the work.Services: Roof installation, Attic venting installation

I can't recommend this company just based on their spammy business practices. They have called me every 3 hours for DAYS, without leaving a message, about giving me a roof estimate. My phone provider flagged the call as spam. I finally picked up today and asked to be taken off their list. The woman on the phone began to argue with me and continued to try to pitch me for a new roof until I finally hung up. Unless you want aggressive sales calls that never end, avoid giving them any info.
