Pictures say a thousand words. This is the way Faylor Construction left a siding job at my mother’s house. When I first contacted Faylor Marc came out looked at the job he was on time and courteous. He sent us a bid. My mother is in her late eighties and at that time I was living 5 hours away. I had Faylor do the job his reviews were good. When I got back in town a few weeks later I couldn’t believe my eyes what a mess. This was a new siding job and it looked like the pictures I posted. I called Marc he came over looked at the issues and told me he wasn’t worried about it. It will get fixed. From that day on he wouldn’t answer the phone he wouldn’t respond to text or emails. I did get a text from Marc telling me he was sick of working with home owners. If he feels like that maybe it’s time to retire. After several months of calling and texting he responded that the materials were special order be patient. Time passed with no contact from Faylor. I reached out again and was told they forgot to order the materials. Finally Faylors forman Justin contacted me we met on the job he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Marc didn’t send him out with the proper materials. After a few more weeks Justin the Forman contacted me to get the job finished. Justin came over with a few guys and got it done. Keep in mind the owner would not respond or was always too busy to show up. He was there Jonny on the spot to get the job but as soon as there was a problem he vanished. I do want thank Justin for his hard work. This should have been a 1day job it took a little over 7 months Buyer Beware.

M a r c and his team were professional and efficient. When I called on January 31st to get a site visit and quote I spoke to a real person not in answering machine. I did not experience high pressure sales like with other advertised roofing companies. The price was also the best compared to all others that advertise in my area. I love my roof and it was completed March 24th. I am recommending this company to anyone who is interested in getting a metal roof.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation, Attic venting installation

I had a great experience with this company. Install and quality of materials was top notch. The employees were polite and punctual. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!
