I have been in the insurance claims business for over 35 years, and I know which local contractors are good. Ben Graber and his company are a highly regarded local contractor. After chatting with Ben and Rick Troutner at the Home and Garden Show, I knew they would be one to get a quote from.Sales Rep Kurtis Born was great to work with and gave me several options.They first did a complete inspection of my roof, and confirmed that my old Certainteed New Horizon roof still has a couple years left, and there was no high pressure sales tactics. But because my roof was getting near the end of its useful life, I decided to go ahead and get quotes.The quotes were professional and detailed and specified all material including starter shingles on rakes and eaves, ice shield on eaves and valleys, six nails per shingle, etc.After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with the Owens Corning TruDefiniton Duration Flex SBS Class 4 impact resistant shingle in black sable, and it looks great.The roof is 3400 SF and the crew started at 6:30 am and was pretty much finished in 6 hours.They did thorough post installation inspections and clean up. They might not be the absolute cheapest, but cheapest is usually not the best value.Dan Rupp is very knowledgeable and helped me understand the condition of my gutters and gave me a quote on that also. Again, no pressure.I recommend them to all my friends.

apologize for the poor video quality. I have a Samsung and video editor, which isn't great. But I've had some many complaints about Graber Roofing, the poor quality of work, disrespectful employees, they don't clean up their mess, they destroy parts of our yard by dropping air compressors and nail guns instead of just sitting them down. And they block all the mailboxes. If you ask their employees nicely to move or be more considerate, they laugh at you and go back to work. If you call into their office for some more respectful interactions, they just lie and say they'll tell them to stop. Then I watched them go three houses down and do the exact same thing. They've probably done 6 jobs just on the intersection I live on. They started all this work at 6 A.M. which is illegal and against city ordinance. They are all outside shouting. Heaven forbid I sleep with my window open on my day off. I've caught their management outside my house and asked when they would fix my yard they drove through with their massive personal vehicles. Said they would never come back. Tried following up, but there was no answer. They do terrible work. Almost every job gets a call back. Their soffit work on gutters is a JOKE. I've never seen such a large company, do so much bad work, then still keep getting business. My neighbor had to get an ice chipper and scrap all the mud from his destroyed yard of his curb. So here's a video of an employee standing in my yard peeing in a bottle. And them starting loud work before 7 A.M. Again I am sorry about me walking through my yard with the camera down, I couldn't remove it. The fact the bottom of this business card says, "Intergirty and Ethical" is a laugh.

Wonderful and trustworthy group of people to work with. They had my old roof removed and the new roof installed in 5 hours. The crew does a really good clean up of the materials that came with removing old roof shingles and installing new roof. I also had my gutters and downspouts replaced and I couldn't be happier! The work performed was great. They also have someone come out and check the work before they consider the job to be done. If there is anything that needs fixed or wasnt completed that was agreed upon,they then will make sure that it is completed. Amazing company to do business with. They show they care. They also have impeccable communication skills. Everyone dealt with in the process were extremely perfessional and kind. I had a roof and gutters done. Will definitely be using them again if I ever need anything.

I can't recommend Graber Roofing & Gutters highly enough. Our sales person Matthew Naylor was fantastic, a true professional who really went above and beyond to help us with photos and accurate descriptions of the full scope of work that needed to be done. He was the reason we chose Graber, and their teams came through to show us we made the right decision. Their price was as competitive as any, and watching so many neighbors get roofs with this last summer hail storm, I know we got the best crews as well. Our finished job is fabulous. Their crews took great care to not ruin our new landscaping, in fact they even built some temporary wood platforms to protect some in front. The gutter team also did an amazing job. We have had a few roofs replaced over the years but none as tricky as this one. They also did the best cleanup job of any roof company we've ever used. Highly recommended for any roof or gutter project.

Matt was amazing to work with. He did whatever he could to help us deal with the insurance company and make sure everything that was damaged was taken care of. The roofing crew was fantastic. They did a complete tear off and reroof with adding ridge vents, all in under 4.5 hours. They did a great job cleaning the site up, I haven’t found and trash or nails yet! I could not be happier with this company and the people that work there.

We recently had all of the windows in our home replaced. During that process, the window technicians from Bushey's discovered a significant deterioration of a two-story exterior wall, due to a leak that had been occurring for many years. It necessitated reframing that portion of the wall.Mark Bushey immediately contacted Graber Roofing and Gutters to address the problem. Sales Representative Rick Troutner arrived within a couple of hours to assess the situation. He did a thorough job outlining the work that needed to be done to resolve the issue. He promptly scheduled the work, so that the window installation wouldn't be delayed and our home wouldn't be exposed to the rain that was predicted within a day or so.Senior Project Manager Landon Hapner andProduction Assistant Menno Zehr arrived the next morning to save the day. They were extremely polite, professional and conscientious in their work. Due to their diligence, the window technicians were able to resume their work later that afternoon.We can't thank the Graber team enough for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality work and a job well done. I worked with Chad Lopez at Gerber Roofing on a difficult insurance claim. Chad went above and beyond to get my insurance company to pay for my claim. He met with the insurance inspector and had other employees from Gerber there to point out all the damage from a hail storm. Over a period of weeks, he was always available to answer questions and to make phone calls. He pulled in Terri from Gerber to deal with other insurance issues. In the end, he got our claim approved and even got more covered than we knew was damaged.This was a very stressful time for my husband and I as we had a contract for the sale of the home and needed this to taken care of so the contract did not fall through. We had already moved out of state, and were not there in person to take care of all the details ourselves. Chad stepped up and took care of everything necessary.I would 100% recommend Gerber Roofing and Chad Lopez for any of your roofing needs.

Called Grabber Roofing and Gutters and made an appointment to have them come out to my house and give me an estimate on replacement vent pipe flashing and partial replacement of a section of damaged gutters. Steve came out to my house, looked at my roof, gutters, and gave me options to what could be done. Steve kindly wrote up the estimate with partial gutter replacement and 2 options of having just 1 vent pipe flashing replaced or both. I chose to have both vent pipes flashing replaced. I was not home when the vent pipes flashing where replaced but the crew did a really good job! I am no roofer but the vent pipes flashing look really good to me. The same day as the flashing was replaced, Bruce came out to look at my gutters. Bruce had a lot of color pallets and found the exact color of my gutters. Bruce came back a couple days later, took down the damaged gutter sections, and installed new gutter sections. The gutters look amazing and the color match is spot on!
