Installers were on time, got right to work on project and finished up in 6.5 hours. ( installed 10 windows ) Windows were excellent quality, Low E. First night I noticed a difference in room temperature in kitchen at least 5 degrees warmer. Installers were courteous, professional and cleaned up their mess which was minimal. Project went as planned, installed windows on promised month, windows were special order. Look great, I also would like to say Home pro did my roof and gutters, excellent quality, 50 year warranty on shingles. They were quick, professional and picked up all waste. I would definitely recommend Home Pros, it's been a pleasure doing business with them!

This in my opinion is an exceptional company!Right from the start we met with Jerry an exceptional sales representative for giving a quote who is very knowledgeable and gave us an amazing price. Friendly courteous and very professional.stepping to the next step of scheduling to have the work done was simply a breeze with this company and was totally effortless. Again very friendly and professional.The crew that was sent, absolutely amazing! They took care of our 23 square of shingles with a full tear off and replacement in one day. It was an absolute pleasure watching them work. They were also friendly and courteous and try to be as non-intrusive as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone for all of your repair and remodeling needs.

Attention to details and customer service were lacking.It took too much effort on the customer side to get the results that I was paying for.Damage to 5-year-old facia metal, dented and scratched LEAF GUARD gutters by sliding shingles off the top of them, incorrect type /installation of bathroom venting hood, mis- matched (color) penetration boot covers that had to be replaced after the shingles were laid down, trash and nails everywhere, (no attempt at mitigating the mess or damage to my gutters), poor sheet metal work.Not 1 Foreman on site, with fluent English-speaking abilities, to interact with the customer, or instill confidence in their choices of vendor, and immediately address the concerns in real-time.I was initially made to regret my choice of contractor and was treated as suspect in my complaints on quality and how I was made to feel about my choice of people to touch my house.Until the realities of the pictures I took, were sent to demonstrate that their actions had caused unnecessary damage to the existing structure and the careless, improper installation of drip edging throughout the roof, then Attention to details became important.Appearance and function together make the job complete.It took an additional 60 days to address all of the errors and correct 90% of all the issues. Overall, it was 4 months after the initial service to get a final completion of installation.Going above and beyond is difficult for them to do.Doing only the minimum needed to escape the job was how I felt when I confronted them with the repairs.In the end, I have a new roof that I will always be less than confident in as the vendor created doubt and anxiety from their actions in the process of getting the job done.The treatment of the customer as a suspect vs a person that just wanted an excellent product installation with an excellent customer service experience for choosing Home Pro.I had to register my own warranty afterwards (I had to ask them for the information to do so) and no completion paperwork was provided beyond my initial contract agreement.That's the shortcoming in the process they failed to meet.They can slam some shingles......it's the remaining 2/3 of the job that needs polishing. Be aware and cautious when asking them for services..Service: Roof installation

Posted about my condensation build up on my new windows a little while back. Excuse was that I have too much moisture in my house. Amazing that since I’ve had these windows installed that now I have an over abundance of moisture in my house!Still haven’t had my window that is cracked replaced. They keep putting my off, not answering my emails. 2 yrs now I think this has been going on to get this taken care of. This company is just awful!!Was cleaning my garage this past weekend. Never noticed this before. I have a security light on the back of my garage. When they did the siding, they took it out of the electrical box that hold the wires and fed it straight through the wall. Unbelievable. I have outlets outside. They told me I have to find covers for them. So I have exposed outlets on the outside of my house, wires running directly through my wall attaching to my security light, and a cracked window.This company is the worst company ever.

Overall they did a good job. They did our siding and gutters.I did have several issues. They never came and did a walk thru before the start of the project. They disconnected our internet and so that was out for 5 days. Stated that had never happened before but never offered to do anything about it. They didn’t tuck any wires back in around the house. They left and didn’t finish the back door, pics below, first one is when I came home and they had called earlier to say they were done. In what world is that done? Second pic is after, third pic is of front door. I lucked out and Frontier was hooking my internet back up when they came for the after walk thru, so the guy heard the frontier guy explain what they did. They unplugged it. I showed the guy the back door and asked, who leaves and thinks this is done? The front door was beautiful, so it made no sense. Felt pressured into signing that it was done, he promised they would come finish, and they did but it still looks off. They must not have been proud of their job since they never put a sign in my yard. Never got before and after pics like promised, which isn’t a huge deal but still. We had our roof put on by Homepro they made it sound like a good system they have we are getting ready to retire and wanted a new roof. Michael Fox was the salesman who gave us the quote and said we would receive a certification plus we have some concerns about parts of the roof we have emailed twice and have called but no answer.

Great crew that installed roof. Still waiting on some promised repairs to brick walkway. Also waiting on GAF roofing to respond to some discoloration of tiles. Expecting Home Pro to install windows soon. So far Home Pro has responded to me promptly. Will share my experience when ALL is done.

Juan (Forman on the job everyday) and his crew did outstanding job installing siding, soffits, and facia wrap on our very unique house (huge trim around huge windows). I can’t convey how difficult this installation was. They took their time (two weeks) and made sure it was done correctly. Dustin (project manager) supported Juan and his crew to the fullest by making available all items (extra wrap, cherry picker lift, etc.) available throughout this massive job. I have never been treated so poorly by a contractor! I am reporting to the BBB now. I was given a revised invoice (not the amount of deduction I should have been given for the outcome that I contracted for but did not receive). I was coerced to pay a revised invoice on the SAME DAY it was received (yesterday) then I was told today I was charged 18% on an invoice not even 24 hours old! I still do not have a copy of the warranty! The BBB needs to know about this, and we will document to our attorney! If I could cancel the windows - I would - but I know this company would go after me - way too aggressive and threatening!

I would not allow this company to give you an estimate if I were you. I asked for an estimate for a roof replacement at the Indianapolis Home Show January 2024. I agreed to a time and date. On that date the estimator called to reschedule due to car trouble. I agreed to reschedule. On the date of the reschedule appointment a different estimator called to confirm the appointment. He started rambling about things he needed to get done and insisted I let him come earlier than the appointment. I declined, he then stated he could come early and get on my roof and measure. I again declined, I did not want anyone on my roof when I’m not home. He insisted, I told him I was canceling the appointment. His name was Jerry Fox. Ten minutes later my wife gets a call from Jerry Fox, I don’t remember ever giving Home Pro my wife’s phone number. 30 minutes after my wife was called my phone was ringing continuously with spam health insurance calls. My opinion it wasn’t a coincidence.

Currently struggling to help a friend cancel her contract after high pressure and intentionally misleading sales tactics. She was told she needed to 5sign the contract immediately but it was simple to cancel and is now getting quiet the run around. Not impressed with their ethics and would not recommend them.

We decided to use Home Pro to replace the roof of our Schoolhouse in Spencerville, IN. This old building still had its original slate roof since 1898. It was a huge undertaking as the leaks were starting to do damage to the inside second floor areas. We were so happy with the products this company offers, the professionalism of the crews, the competitive prices and the clean up afterwards. We did have a lot of rain this summer that put our project back a bit further than we were hoping. There's just one section that didn't get shingles, but apparently, it's not supposed to because its a "California draft" metal section. Weird. But now its DONE and BEAUTIFUL! You better be rich to hire Home Pro. If you're a blue collar worker that works hard for everything you have you won't qualify for financing. Then you're dropped like a hotcake. Rep wouldn't even finish quote to take to bank. Was told they have several lenders and with show of good work history and steady income they would get us financed. Home Pro is not for the working man.
