The windows are so much better than what we had. There are lots of seals on each window to keep the cold out. The installers were great, they definitely knew what they were doing. They did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend Hoosier Windows & Siding.

Our house keep having the wind blow the siding off. The entire process was wonderful and Tim our installer, did a great job making the house look brand new. He even pointed out some areas we didn't know about so we could get them repaired too. We had two very old windows in our three season room replaced. From estimate to installation the staff was professional, courteous and proficient. We had vinyl siding installed on our house and barn. Quality is great and Installers were amazing as well. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 are:1) they weren’t consistent on timing or days. Some days they would work, some days they wouldn’t. Same with timing. Sometimes they were early sometimes they were later. Being a home owner with dogs and kids, it’s hard to plan around that.2) when needing to come back to fix some things after the install, the day they were suppose to come they never showed up.

I was referred by a friend to use Hoosier windows and siding for my window project at my home. I was extremely impressed with the entire process from the first consultation, to the installers, the finished results were gorgeous, and the communication was above and beyond. It’s not often that you replace all the windows in your house and I even changed a window into a sliding glass door. I had a lot of questions and everyone I worked with was very patient and explained everything very well. I got a few other quotes and Hoosier Windows quote was extremely reasonable. My new windows look better than I could even have imagined. Hoosier Windows has done it again! They have far exceeded my expectations with siding my wood paneled garage with new vinyl siding, soffits, and trim. Again, their communication through the whole process was very thorough. They completed the project quickly with minimal interruptions and the end result looks wonderful! We had windows and siding replaced by Hoosier. There were a few hiccups with the siding (gable vent was left off during a rain storm--Andy Birch was very responsive and offered immediately to get it taken care of; damaged siding (workers immediately replaced the siding that I pointed out during final walkthrough)-- however I did not have any problems with the window installation.Overall the company and people I talked with to get the problems solved were very knowledgeable, and for the final walkthrough we had both owners (Andy and Andy) out to do the final walkthrough with me. I am glad this company is as responsive as they are, and Andy Birch is very respectful and made me feel heard when I requested for an update on the hiccups throughout the process. Overall, will definitely be coming back in the future for the rest of our exterior projects (soffit and fascia). The salesman from Hoosier was very knowledgeable and immediately followed up after the quote was sent. Our windows arrived 3 weeks earlier than anticipated and install was scheduled ahead of original date. The install crew was on time and very professional.
