On behalf of my 85 year old mother, my brother and I would like to highly recommend, and thank Key Exteriors, specifically John and Emily, for their excellent customer service. Our mother's insurance company had just informed her that they were no longer going to cover her roof due to age and wear when John stopped by her door to inquire if she was thinking of replacement. John was awesome with our mother and was extremely fair and patient, speaking not only with her, but also with my brother and I on numerous occasions.The workmanship is excellent, the price is fair, and the employees are great. We would highly recommend you contact Key Exteriors, and specifically John, for all your home needs.

This 5 Star review is more for Rich our salesman and Dan and his installation crew.We started our window process with Rich back in May of 2022. We were told that someone would reach out within the week to schedule the initial measurement of our windows. This was our first delay. No one contacted us for two weeks. I contacted the main office and no one reached back out to schedule. I contacted Rich, then the same day we had a date scheduled for someone to come out to measure for our windows to get the process started.Our windows finally came in on November 14. We were told that someone would be in contact with us shortly to install our windows! 4 weeks past and we did not hear anything from Key Exteriors. I emailed the office to see when we would be contacted. I was told someone would be in contact with us shortly. We did not receive any further communication until I got Rich back involved on December 27th. That is 6 weeks after our windows had been in at Key Exteriors. Bill the owner told us that we were scheduled two weeks before Christmas but weather kept them from coming out to our house, and then the Holidays. We never received any communication that we were even on the schedule before Christmas or that we had been "canceled".The conversation with Bill continued with us getting on the schedule for January 4th. We were told we would get a confirmation call from the office to confirm the date and estimated time of the crews arrival. We never did. I had to reach out to Rich, Rich had to call Bill, Bill had to call me on Tuesday January 3rd to confirm that the crew was still coming out to do our installation.After this long winded story, we are happy with the product from Key Exteriors. We did not appreciate the lack of communication or constantly having to reach out to get answers. The windows look nice, the installation went smooth, and the crew was very nice and considerate.Service: Window installation

Always been wary of these salesmen at the door, but this company had an air of trust and realness, and I decided to go ahead and get the free estimate. The sales rep came out at the appointment on the dot. No pressure with a sales pitch but showed examples of what I need to know, and why, very knowledgeable when I asked questions, and I felt very confident in moving ahead with everything. I ended up going with a new project, less money than I expected. and a super easy and quick acceptance. Very happy with the choice, and I highly recommend!

Alex was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process of deciding on which gutters would best suit my house and budget, and the installation crew was top notch as well - friendly, professional, and QUICK!10/10 would recommend, and I will definitely be using Key Exteriors in the future, for my home improvement needs!

This was the second time we ordered windows from Key Exteriors, Inc, and we will probably not order from them again. Our first experience went great. Andy came to our house and we plan on replacing all our windows, redoing our siding and will need a new roof. We cannot afford to do everything at the same time. We started with the windows, and they we were quoted a total of $40, 000. The first round was installed well. I was impressed with Tim and his partner. There is one picture attached to show his great window wrapping job.I ordered my second set of windows from Andy again around September 2019. He had everything we had previously discussed on file. Andy is a pretty nice guy, very friendly and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable by him. I ordered the same windows and they were installed February 28, 2020.A different person installed my windows this time and they are not okay. The wrapping I payed for wasn't even done for one of the windows. Trash including a big brown box was left in my yard. The windows have no clear caulking on the inside like my first set so they are drafty. Unfortunately no one has been able to come to my house to rectify the situation after I made contact in early March. I even emailed pictures. I paid over $7,000 for these windows and it's very discouraging that I will have to hire some one else to fix them.Service: Window installation

The representative that came out was beyond patient but quite informative with what was needed for our home. Very professional products that you cannot get elsewhere, I promise you that. 50 yr warranty on the roof, triple pane windows, and an insulted door that is stronger than an ox. This and more is what Key Exteriors has delivered. Couldn't be more happier to put the trust and safety with this company. I pray that this review helps others with their future decisions.

Do not use this company. The salesman is truly great and worked extremely hard to make things right but the crew showed up unannounced, did not follow code, they were not going to install items I paid for (like new flashing), the crew leader was not on site, and they argued with me because I expected that they do all of those things correctly. If I did not know the property way to install a roof, I would have had a roof that was not covered under manufacturer warranty. Do yourself a favor and hire someone that you don't have to babysit all day.

We had new vinyl siding installed and two new windows...a crew of two showed up on a drizzly day and had the old window out and new one in in about an hour, very professional and skilled at what they did.A hard working individual name of Zach removed all the old siding and trim working tirelessly on his own for most of two weeks with additional help from another man name of Cooper in the final three days...both young men exhibited a work ethic that one does not witness much these days! Very pleased with the results!

Zach worked every day weather allowed him to work and was even out here on the weekends to keep the job going.
