Landmark Junk Removal came out and removed a ton of concrete left in my yard by a contractor. The city was going to give me a hefty fine. I called these guys and they came out same day to talk with me. The next day they hauled that mound of an eyesore away. Special Thanks to Antonio and Nick. They didnt want to leave until I was happy with the work. Ecstatic is more like it.Those boys represented Landmark well. Perry thank you for working with me. Hoarder tenant situation, the guys were kind, professional and patient. They handled interactions very well with the tenant, very kind and they made sure that she saved items that were important. This was my second time using Landmark and they were great to work with both times. They are friendly on the phone, responsive, and very upfront with their prices.I replaced an old deck and had a lot of leftover debris. Levi helped the first time and his team had a full truck load.I worked with Antonio to get the remainder of the debris removed and he was very nice. It was rainy and everything was muddy, but they did not complain and did a great job.I recommend their services and will use them again in the future if needed.

These folks were great. The day after I called, they came out to look at my job. Very thorough, many photos and questions. After reviewing the job, the gentleman asked if I could wait I few minutes while he consulted with his office. Sure. Shortly thereafter, he came back and gave me an estimate much lower than anticipated. I agreed promptly.The job was scheduled for two day later which was today. Yesterday I received a text reminder. This morning I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. They were right on time.I was there most of the day but had to leave before they finished.I`m confident based on everything I saw prior to leaving, that they did a great job on everything else.The crew was great, especially Levi. WOW JUST WOW! Impressive work on our total basement haul out! Despite having to reschedule multiple times, Cindy was professional and very gracious. On haul-out day, the crew showed up promptly and got right to work. Fair, upfront pricing estimate which aligned spot-on with their final charges....which, are the best we've experienced, after having recently used similar services. We are so impressed with the speed of their work and final cleaned-out basement! We would absolutely hire this crew again and very confidently, highly recommend their services!

After getting initial quotes from several local junk removal services, Jarhead offered $65 to haul off my elliptical machine in my garage around 4:30pm, while Landmark offered $75 and came for a free no-obligation on-site estimate around 1:30pm (where they said it would be $130, but they would stick to their base $75 fee in this case). This all happened same-day and was quick and convenient (credit card payment option too). I would have probably gone with Jarhead if not for the fact that Landmark was "the bird in the hand." If we need junk removed again, I will be getting quotes from Landmark again.

The team did an excellent job by communicating when they would arrive and they were on time. I met Levi and he was a good listener and he allowed me to tell him exactly what we wanted done and then gave us a quote which was a fair price. His team was able to do the work the same day. Moment I called, a live responsive person answered the phone (Cindy). That was just a start of our blessing. As for service, we were beyond wowed! Zack and Levi came the same morning we called. They were beyond fair as in pricing (charge by how much junk items are put into their trailer) expeditiously fast, as well as many other perks such as on time and professional. Hard working men that deserves more than a 5 star rating for sure. And yes, they serve Woodburn too. So if your still reading, when ya call and talk with Cindy, do yourself a favor and ask for Levi and Zach. Ya cannot go wrong with this company!!!!!!!
