The roof turned out great (so far at least), but communication was definitely lacking. I was told that we’d hear from production by the end of the following week, which didn’t happen, and I only heard from them when I personally ended up reaching out. They picked a date, double checked that it was fine the day before, showed up on the day, and then left before starting because of an upcoming storm, which is fine. They said Friday or Saturday is when they’d be back. They proceeded to show up with no warning first thing on Thursday. Then there was a lack of communication with needing to keep my original copper flashing separate from the trash, and a very large piece ended up in the dumpster that I had to fish out myself (I had called and asked and they said they couldn’t make it back to take it out for me, even though that was an important agreement we made when I chose Landmark). I was told they’d call to schedule the new flashing installation and final inspection, but they showed up with no warning yet again to do the flashing. They did call to schedule the inspection though. The roof looks great, no concerns so far. The work was done within 9 hours and cleaned up very thoroughly. Three stars because I expected better communication due to the great reviews, but I was left disappointed on that front.

Landmark was extremely thorough and displayed great workmanship. Leah detected a vent in my attic that wasn’t properly connected to the outside, and made sure to correct that along with my reroofing. They took amazing care of my property and finished in one day. I LOVE my new Desert Rose roof!

We had a leak in the roof, they promptly came out and identified the problem. I got an estimate before they left and we scheduled the work for a later date. Landmark's workers came on time, very friendly, very informative and promptly got to the repair. I was kept informed on what was found and how the repair was going to be done. I was very impressed from the 1st phone call to the completion of the work. Great job Landmark!

Working with Landmark roofing was a great experience. We solicited a quote for a boot installation over a conduit and weather head. They patiently came out several times at the request of our landlord to help appease their concerns about punctuating their flat roof. They graciously scheduled around the availability of our landlord and electrical contractor. We are happy with the job they did.

From our first contact with Landmark Roofing we have been %100 satisfied. We chose Landmark from our friends recommendation. Leroy Graber came out and explained the process Landmark follows if we decided to use them. He was not pushy at all, but friendly and helpful.One of the gals in the office provided me with addresses of homes that had the different roofs we were interested in so I could check out what a whole roof looked like, not just a small sample.The communication with the gentleman that scheduled the work was prompt and on going as needed.The workers showed up right on time , cleaned up the area and did a beautiful job.We ended up having a situation with our insurance company where they were not going to pay the depreciation we thought they were paying. Leroy went to bat for us and the end result was better than we had planned.We have spent the last 11 months working on a house that needed most everything ( much to our surprise and disappointment) Landmark was by far the best company we have worked with. Everything they promised to do, they did! So rare these days. Quality people, quality work.

We had a good experience. Overall communication was very good. After 3 quotes Landmark was competitive with all the others and they spent the most time with us. We even had one small issue that they addressed and took care of within a timely manner. They followed up with us several times to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. We would recommend for anyone looking at a new asphalt roof.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Landmark Roofing and would highly recommend them to others!! We took our time and interviewed a few companies and felt most were very "salesman" with being pushy and aggressive regarding financing and their product. We appreciated Blake Williams with Landmark Roofing's approach in giving us space and time to figure out the best decision for us with also checking in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Once we signed the contract, we found out that EACH person along the way (Kenton Guenin, the site manager whom I briefly met, and Maddie) were also patient, kind and responsive to us. The roof looks amazing they cleaned up well after and are coming back to clean up a mark on the siding. We selected Landmark from 4 bids. They were much less than the highest and very close to the lowest. This is a difficult and complex roof (12 pitch). The job took about 3 days and was perfect. I was particularly impressed at how clean they left the place. Usually after a roofing job you find staples or nails for the next year. I have found nothing. The supervisor on the job was Raul. We spoke everyday. I had some concerns about a spot that occasionally leaked when there was a driving rain from the east. He assured me it would no longer be a problem and took the time to explain to me their approach to seal it up. He was dedicated to my complete satisfaction. If I ever need a roof on another house (I won't on this one, it's a 50yr roof and I'm over 60) I won't be taking bids. I'll just call them.Service: Roof installation

They came early and stayed late to finish job on time. Crew kept work area as clean as possible for construction site. All trash has been disposed of at end of project, nothing left behind. It was a matter of days between the estimate for my roofing and skylight, and getting my roof done. The communication from everyone was good. The crew was a great bunch of guys. Even with the heat and humidity they tore off two layers of shingles, replaced a skylight and everything in approximately 6 1/2 hrs. Have had a lot of compliments on how nice my roof looks. I received (4) quotes total. Landmark made me feel the most comfortable because of their professionalism. Troy was fantastic during the quotation process at explaining everything. We first met with Leah to get an estimate on getting a new roof. Very knowledgeable! Landmark was one out of three quotes. They were in the middle and we went with Landmark. The crew that came out worked hard the whole day. The crew worked well together, which is a good thing. The roof was finished and looked great.We had a little problem and Landmark did not hesitate to come out and fix the problem. To work with a company like this is a breath of fresh air. Landmark roofing provided the most accurate estimate and a realistic price. They were not the cheapest however, they were the only ones that got on the roof and examined the needs. Looked inside the attic to ensure there was no surprises That could result in additional cost. All material showed up the same day. The roof was to be completed and turned what I thought would be a one week long process into a one day process. Very professional, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our initial consultation was great, but that’s about the extent of our good experience. I waited to write this because I wanted to calm down before I wrote anything.We had a roof replaced on our old home before so we had experience with most of the process. We had a few requests that we felt were reasonable. One was to replace the flashing in two areas of the roof. Leah told us it was not a problem (we had a small leak in those areas) hence the reason for the new roof. We also have a handicapped child that uses a walker. We asked that the side walk to our front door be clear so we could get in and out of the house. (The driveway or yard was an available option for the tarps and other cleanup equipment) we also have 2 elderly dogs that are not trained to use a toilet, so they need to go outside. Usually once every 4/5 hours. Most roof replacements take about 12 hours. Another fairly reasonable request.We give our down payment, but charged a 3% fee for using a card, which we were not informed about. (The start of the poor communication) We were refunded the fee. We specifically asked ahead of time if there was anything we needed to do to prepare for the project and all she said was not to park in the driveway. So we parked down the street.The morning of the install, the team arrived at 630AM. Tarps were laid around the property, which in theory makes sense but we have landscaping next to our sidewalk that we requested be clear for our son. Within an hour of their arrival, the tarps covered the sidewalk and plants. We watched as hundreds of dollars' worth of flowers were trampled on all day long.We informed the foreman that our son would be home at 11 from school, he rides a handicapped bus and needs room for his walker. That request was completely ignored until the last minute when he got off the bus. The guys had to struggle to move hundreds of pounds of debris and tarps to make room while we stood there and waited. The back door was blocked all day with debris as well, so we used the front door for our dogs. Our other son arrived from school at 3 and had to walk over piles of debris to get to the front door.Once the roof was done, at 630 PM (it’s dark now) the team was moving a bird bath that was my wife’s recently passed away grandmothers. The guys grab it by the top edges and break it from the base. My son noticed it was broken and told us. The foreman had already left and there wasn’t an English speaking person left. Didn’t even get an apology. The next day I take a look at the work done and noticed the gutters were still on. I also noticed some of the siding was cut near the area that we mentioned needed to have the flashing replaced. Curiosity set in and I decide to adventure up on the roof and check it out. That’s when the issues really started. The flashing was not replaced, the siding was cut, and the drip edge was also cut along the soffit for the nails holding the gutters up.1 week later the gutters are installed. Our trust had been broken with the flashing not being replaced and the siding that was cut. I decided to go back on the roof and check out the work. The drip edge had cuts that allowed water to flow around the gutters. We called and explained the situation and a repair crew is dispatched for the next week.The “repair crew” comes, puts some silicone on the siding and spray paints a few areas and leaves.I check the work again and see the flashing and drip edge is still not fixed and another crew comes out and replaced the drip edge. I haven been back on the roof but from the shingles that are raised on the edges I assume the flashing has been replaced. We were offered a small discount for the plants and finally given a small discount that was offered at the beginning then recanted.Communication is crucial in business. We communicated our concerns and they were ignored.If we had not checked the work, we wouldn’t have known the work was not completed. 4 separate visits to have a job done that was supposed to take 1-2 days.No one has even apologized.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

The price, quality and warranty was our best choice for a new roof. On day of install, Dallas, the site manager was here early, stayed until the job was done, and made sure all was done to Landmark standards. We had a ton of work done: roof, soffit, facia, gutters, gutter guards, and wood sliding repair. From the salesmen to the foreman to the teams doing the work, all were professional and had great care for the work they did. We saw one thing we wanted fix, and they fixed it with no hesitation. Also, they ordered more OSB than what was needed and they credited us back the difference. I would highly recommend Landmark for all your work needs!! As a female, I was also appreciative that they treated me as an equal without the any condescending remarks and answered all my questions.
