Lowest of 4 quotes. So very professional and personable as we worked with sales team for inspection and estimate. Very attentive and quick to respond to some changes we made. No pressure, just professional and friendly follow ups. Upon hiring, there were regular and attentive check-ins. Just can't say enough great things about Jamonte, Shawn, Ron and Ryan. Communication was top notch and the crew who came to replace our roof and gutters ...exceptional, thorough, hard working, and so very friendly. We definitely had some special needs for our 1968 renovation and they all rose to the task. Very happy with the outcome!!

It was a pleasure working with Sam at Maumee River Roofing for the projects around the house that needed updated. Sam's attention to detail and his management skills proved how effective and efficient he is, while saving loads of time onsite during the remodel. I love the new windows.They carefully covered all the floors and furniture while installing the windows. Removed all debris from the roof as well. Very pleased with the results. I reached out to several companies and Maumee River Roofing was very professional and quick to respond from the start. Chase Hunter came out to our house and gave us a quote on new gutters. Chase was very upbeat, professional and had great communication with me through the whole process. They came out to do the job about two weeks after I made a down payment. Two guys doing the installation I never caught their names but seemed professional and completed the job in about 3 hours. Leah Graber was also in contact with me for final payment. Leah was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend checking them out for your next home project.

What do I know about roofs? Plenty now, thanks to this company (who by the way also does siding, gutters and doors among other things). They couldn't have made the experience more seamless from beginning to end. They were informative, had EXCELLENT communication throughout, worked with our needs, offered upgraded materials with a 50 year warranty for next to nothing in cost, were professional and on-time. When I say on-time...they completed full tear off and install in ONE DAY. Even my neighbor behind me came over and said, "WHOA!! They showed up with an Army and knocked that out!!" The materials they use are top notch in the business and gives me peace of mind for no issues. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and they warranty & stand behind their workmanship. These guys are a no-brainer... customer for life. I recently had Maumee replace my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Many things were not up to par. (Damaged j channel, a sagging eave they said would be fixed, all gutters holding water and a few other things) They said they would fix those things, awesome, however not the fascia that is bowing out on the front of my house. The fascia they replaced! There is a half inch gap between the gutter and the fascia. When I brought this up I was told that it wasn’t their problem and that I would need to pay $450 to have it fixed. The fascia board was broke (see photo) but instead of replacing it, they instead slapped fascia over it and called it a day. They had the material to fix it, since they fixed it on other spots on the house. I paid over 30k to have this work done, and they can’t eat $450 of their own money to fix their mess up, absolutely unbelievable.

They worked with me for months till I was ready to move forward. They communicated every step of the process and always answered the office phone during office hours. I also was able to text my contractors with quick questions and got prompt responses. When my project needed extra materials for unexpected rotting they found, they called and talked over all the details to make sure I wasn't surprised by the extra costs. The work is high quality and I will contact them for projects in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend using Maumee River Roofing for your new roof. Shawn came out and provided a folder of information about the Atlas products they use and he explained each. This was a major differentiator from the other quotes we received. He helped pick out a color that is similar to my neighbors and went over a couple of financing options they have. Maumee River Roofing provided updates on when they could get the roof scheduled and what to expect before, during and after the project was completed. They even do a final inspection review onsite with the homeowner after the roof is completed. The owner of the company Sam was the one who did the final inspection and provided he the final warranty. Maumee River Roofing was a pleasant exception.I respected Jamonte as a salesman because he knew when it was time to call for help when he did not know something. He was a pleasure.Leah was courteous and informative.Ryan was exceptional. He made sure we knew what was happening and made sure that our property was protected during the construction. We had them out w years ago to redo the outside of our house, windows, siding, metal roof, facia, soffit, and new gutters.Everything done in about 2 to 3 days and their lean up after the job was excellent.We liked them so well we had them do an insurance job on my mother in-laws garage and had the same prompt service. I dont usually have great experiences with contractors but i highly recommend Sam and his crew.

What started as a repair, ended up being a new roof on the house and garage. Everyone was great working with me and the insurance to get everything done as quickly as possible. One day for both roofs, and another day for the new gutters. Once the insurance made their decision it was scheduled and finished within 2 weeks for the roofs and the next week for the gutter crew to come. Great company, highly recommend!

We quickly got a response from Maumee R R and set time for estimate. Chase Hunter evaluated and photo bombed our requested job.Even after some communication and changes the time was set for new 6" gutter replacement ( mainly due to our metal roof installation 2 years ago) and the job was completed on scheduled day.Looks great and I am sure that we will see the benefit especially during the next downpour.
