Thrilled with the outcome. We needed to add a bedroom to the basement and after contacting multiple contractors, Miracle had the best communication, and took the time to walk us through how the project would go, timelines, costs, and anything else to expect.Everyone that came to our house were respectful, kind, and considerate. We were looking for a contractor to do a kitchen remodel. We wanted new granite countertops a backsplash and new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and cup rinser. We brought in Miracle Contracting to partially finish our basement (home office/full bath) and are very happy with the final results of the project. Kevin was a great partner through the initial evaluation of our needs through providing the final quote/outline of the work. The team at Miracle was always polite and courteous in our home and left the workspace clean before they left for the day. Like any projects, scheduling subcontractors can be a challenge at times, but our project manager stayed on top of keeping us updated and answering any questions around scheduling or next steps. We are very happy with Miracle Contracting and plan to use them again in the future for other indoor and outdoor projects. I don't usually write reviews, except when something is either exceptionally bad or good. Unfortunately, with the difficulty in finding a great service or product, most of my reviews are negative. My experience with Miracle Contracting is the exception that I am pleased to promote. I am so pleased with the work that the folks at Miracle Contracting did in taking down a 50yr old aluminium kit back porch which was on its' last leg. They removed the eyesore and created a great looking wood porch that I'm really impressed with. One of the the things I really appreciated was their timeliness in getting the work done, and the ease of working with them. Communication with them was outstanding. The thing that lead me to use them was a trusted friend who recommended them.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the team at Miracle. We did our fair share of talking to contractors of all different sizes. Whewwww some we just don’t want to talk about. Miracle was one of the very first we went to, but we had to do our homework and shop around just to make sure we didn’t act hastily. Every interaction we had with anyone else we would always come back to how much we liked our time with Miracle. I will add, we didn’t ‘just have some work done’, we were looking for the works; house wrap, siding, gutters, new roof, new windows, new doors, chimney removal, porch tear off and rebuild/updated, concrete work, the whole SHHAABANG! So this project was very involved. Their website says ‘ not the biggest…and we like that ‘ , being small business owners ourselves we were very drawn to that statement, it immediately told us we would not be a number, and we 1000% were not treated like a number. They were kind, very connected, they listen they don’t rush, everything was done in the exact time frame they told us it would be, even with the very minor hiccups, they always respond, they without a doubt take care of you like you are family (in some cases better haha). Kevin, Chrystal, Toby, Mark, Rueben and his team, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I can tell you right now.. you won’t regret giving these folks a call. There isn’t much more stressful than home renovations, they certainly take on the burden for you. Our home is a tiny 808 sq ft house built in the 40s, but it’s OUR HOME, and they treat it like it’s no different than a million dollar mansion. We hired Miracle Contracting to help repair & reinforce a beam in our attic. We initially contacted Miracle to provide a quote prior to closing on our house; they were quick to provide a quote on our tight deadline. Overall had a good experience with Miracle. We were pleased with how soon they were able to come out to do the job and Shaine was on time and very friendly when he came out. They were able to finish much quicker than we had anticipated. They have the option to do a "video quote" where you send them a video from your phone describing the work you are looking to have, which I appreciated not having to also schedule a time for someone to come out for a quote and it was a very simple process.

Miracle is a fantastic company. They responded quickly with an intial appointment, a quote with plans and then within a few weeks started the job. They allowed for 8 weeks and finished ahead of schedule.The lead, Michael, cleaned up well each day and provided us with some sense of a kitchen. He arrived each day and worked hard. Both the owner and construction manager stopped by many times to make sure all was progressing well and addressed any questions or concerns.Our remodel consisted of removing a wall and expanding our kitchen. We went from two small rooms to a kitchen worthy of House Beautiful. We also had them lay flooring in kitchen, dining, hallways, half bath and laundry room. Truly a beautiful job!

Miracle Contracting has been, by far, the most enjoyable company that we have worked with. Bob was absolutely wonderful when it came to quoting our job. He had patience with me as I thought of different ideas, considered different options, and worked through the overall quote of our job until I was comfortable with the price and the updates that we were doing. He regularly went back and forth with me via email to ensure I was happy. He was always responsive and the overall price of the job that we had done, including a complete renovation of our master bath, and painting of our upstairs, including walls, trim and ceilings was all very, very reasonable.When it was time to start the job, Bob introduced me to Chrystal and Toby who were equally as amazing as Bob. They were prompt in their replies to me and ensured that the job was scheduled as quickly as possible. They made sure the job stayed on scheduled and we finished in the time frame that they had estimated, without any bumps and without any surprises.I have to give special kudos to Chrystal as she was working with me from start to finish. She always took my emails, sometimes a million at a time, with a smile and always said "you can email, call and text as much as you want." We previously had a horrible, horrible experience with another contracting company so communication was of major importance for me. Chrystal always delivered and ensured that I was always informed, comfortable, and happy with the job that was being done. She always was wonderful when it came to the overall design of our bathroom. She would give suggestion and offer advice based on the style that I was going for.The workers for Miracle were always incredibly professional and timely. When they said they were going to arrive at 8am, you can bet they were knocking on the door at 7:59, right on time. The upstairs was always very tidy when we got home from work, and they did their absolute best to ensure their workspace was clean and taken care of upon our arrival home. Ray went above and beyond to make extra phone calls to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. When I wanted to make changes, it was a simple "no problem."The workers also went out of their way to not only showcase the professionalism of the company, but also to showcase that they were all just good human beings. We have three dogs, who would tend to escape where we were keeping them while they were working, they always brought them back downstairs, but then back in the three seasons room, and even spent time checking on them throughout the day. We had major storms come through our area and they went out to make sure our trashcans were brought it and did not blow around. All of this was above and beyond what we could have expected.Also, we are a law enforcement family, and my husband has a duty stand in the main room where Miracle was working the majority of the time. One of the workers noticed that my husband clearly worked in law enforcement, and left an incredibly kind business card that read "Dear Officer: We Need You!" We would have continued doing work with Miracle regardless, but these extra touches, these kind gestures, prove to me they are a local, family-owned business that truly cares about their customers.So, Miracle Contracting, THANK YOU! You have a customer for life and there is no doubt hat we will be working with you again soon. Miracle was recommended to us from our neighbors who used them and was so happy with the outcome of their work. Our home was in need of a remodel finish. When we moved into our home we had completed the remodel of our upstairs but was never able to finish the downstairs or our master bathroom. We contacted Miracle and Bob came out right away to go over plans with us and estimates. Once we had a game plan we were then set up with Chrystal and I think his name was Toby for a final walk thru before scheduling work to be started. We were told that it may be a bit before things could get started since they were booked out pretty far, however to our surprise they were able to get started way earlier than expected!! We had a great team show up to start working. We had a very large list of stuff needing to be done, including a whole master bathroom, laminate flooring throughout the whole downstairs (and even some in the basement), painting, painting and more painting, and then a whole lot a trim work and other things listed as well. The team definitely had their work cut out for them. Ray and Nina were Phenomenal!!! The whole crew was very awesome to work with even through some hiccups that we came across along the way. Everyone was very patient with us as we added things to be done along the way and took some things off of the list. We even had a Covid hiccup in our house and the whole crew was so awesome about it, and even with a 10 day break they were right back at it when they were able to re-enter the house!! I cannot thank this whole crew enough for working with us on everything. I know it can be difficult sometimes. I unfortunately did not post any pictures which wouldn't actually do the work any justice. Everything looks AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend Miracle to anyone in need of work to be done whether a small or big project!!! WIth everything being done our house now more than ever feels like HOME!!!
