Terrible customer service. We ordered a custom window and my husband asked the sales man several times if the window was opening the correct way. He was assured it did by the salesman. The window came in and its wrong. When my husband went to ask they said you signed off on it. Terrible service

These folks are the best! We are a new business, having brought together several contractors under one roof, and this is the best experience any of us have had working with a supplier. They really work to help us be successful for our customers, both on interiors and exteriors! The whole staff, from the Manager to the delivery drivers, is top notch! A true partner!

This store has everything I needed for roofing, siding, and gutters. The staff was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They have boom and box trucks to deliver the material. Gina, Edgar, Wendy and Tyler made me feel like I was VIP! I will definitely be returning. :)

I have to say that Victor Foster has done a great job taking care of all our roofing, siding and windows needs. He goes beyond to make sure we have all we need and does it with a smile in his face. Thanks so much to Vic Foster at the Fort Wayne Branch! The front window of my office had an unfortunate run-in with a dead tree branch. He was able to help me figure out how to fix my 12 year old window without having to go to extremes! I really appreciate it, Vic!
