Very professional, care about the end results, and addressed any questions or concerns my wife and I had. We had a lot of surface roof area and they were able to complete the job in one day. Left for work at 7:15 and they hadn't started yet, was home by 3:45 and they were cleaning up. By 5:00 it was like they weren't even here, except for the amazing looking roof. Would highly recommend to anyone Mullins & Son. Thank you to all who were on this project, it looks amazing!

I took off work early to be here for a roof inspection and estimate. This was an inconvenience for me. The appointment was made one week ago for today, so he had plenty of time to be prepared. The man that came out brought no ladder. One of the first things he said to me was that he would have one of his guys come out tomorrow with a ladder for the inspection. He did not ask if this was okay with me, he told me on the day of the appointment that this was his plan. I said no, I have someone else coming tomorrow. I told him I was expecting an inspection and estimate during this appointment and thought he would have brought a ladder to be able do so. He said “No, I didn’t,” offering no explanation. I said “everyone else has.” He said “Alright, have a good day,” quickly got into his truck and drove away just as quickly. So, no inspection was done, and no estimate was given. After his behavior I don’t want one from this company and I would not allow him on my roof if he paid me to do so.First impressions mean so much. Very, very unprofessional. I strongly suggest you do not waste your time with this company as it was a total waste of mine.Service: Roof inspection

Contacted Mullins and Son for a small repair job after storm damage. They were working on a home nearby and looked to be doing a great job. They came up the same day and said they would be happy to take care of it. They were back the next day to take care of it. These guys went above and beyond. We had them come in and replace a few windows, install a new patio door, wrapped the house with new siding and added need soffit and fascia. 10/10 would recommend for any project you may need done. I have no idea how this place has a 5 star review from everyone. I was told ten weeks and two days ago they'd be there in 3-5 weeks. I own two businesses, so I understand delays. What I don't understand is not communicating with your customers. I've gotten pushed off for the last five weeks Ashley telling me "next week". I have tenants who work nights that were displaced the last two weeks because their untimeliness and lack of communication. The owner called me and said he would go out tomorrow to see the job through, and offered me $300 off... On a $20k job. Absolutely would not recommend.

Mullin and Son just recently transformed the look of our lake house on Round Lake with a phenomenal siding job. Everything about the project was outstanding. From the moment we were requesting quotes, they stood out. Very fairly priced, offering suggestions and a plan on how they were going to approach this project. Besides their professionalism, we became their friends. Their approach to our house siding project was as if they were doing their own home. Very meticulous, detail oriented, no shortcuts, cared for our property and completed the difficult project in a very timely fashion. In fact, we added to the original project by having Mullin and Son put in roof vents and leaned on their expertise in the industry to recommend a vendor we were extremely pleased with in installing a new garage door, Dekalb County Door and owner Bryan Laverne.From start to finish, a very good experience. Certainly better than the highest rating you can give them, 5 stars. I strongly recommend Mullin and Son.
