We got all new windows and a sliding door installed and we have to say that we liked the work and the installers were amazing and very professional. They did a good job. After the final work was completed we could tell a difference immediately with our air. Normally at 70 degrees our house is really hot but after having the new windows put in my house is cool at 70 degrees and our ac unit doesn’t run all day. No opportunities for advancement. You get treated terribly if you do not get the ridiculous number of estimates required for the week. I was there about 2 years and I never moved up. I also was told by the manager Jim Davila that I would get a letter of recommendation for new employment after I had left this company, and the letter was very inappropriate and unusable. They trained me to basically lie at the door and state I am the Marketing manager, manager, so on when I was NOT the manager. I do not recommend due to how employees are treated. He constantly talked bad and horrible about other staff at our company on a consistent basis. I left due to all the negativity and corrupt actions of the manager and company in a whole.

My husband and i had considered doing new windows in our home in the past but never thought too seriously about it. We were settling in for the evening and got a knock on our front door. It was a gentleman letting us know that a roofing and window company (perfect steel solutions) was new to the area. He offered us to schedule a free quote. We scheduled that because we were curious about information on new windows. They scheduled the appointment for a few days out. We had our free estimate and gathered a ton of helpful information. We decided to go through with the windows. The lady and gentleman that came to do the quote answered any questions we had and showed and shared a TON of information on their product. We ordered the windows at the appointment and only waited a few weeks for them to get installed. Once installation day came, everything went very smoothly. All of the workers were nice and professional and got the old windows out and the new windows in in a timely manner. They got all of them (13) in and out within a day and just had to come back the next day for a couple finishing touches. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows! Perfect Steel Solutions installed a metal roof on my home in 2021 and the crew did a beautiful job, even with all the complexities of the roof with my home being older.This year (2022) I had one trim piece come off under the drip edge in one place. I hadn't been able to reach my salesman in the past so I simply called the main office and spoke with Evan.Within a few weeks, sure enough the trim piece was fixed under warranty, no dollars nor paperwork required.Notes:. The rain isn't any quieter or louder than when I had a shingle roof.. The Steel roof style I picked is remarkably lighter per square foot than the shingle roof I had previously.. To ensure the best installation, if there are parts on your roof decking that aren't quite flat, try to get them leveled out from inside the attic prior to the metal roof installation. A wavy roof deck could make the metal roof not come out as well. See what your Perfect Steel Solutions salesman thinks.Hope a metal roof works for you too!

The entire process was well explained down to the very last important detail with no question left unanswered. Very professional and catered well to our home needs. Roof installation was done in a timely manner with no mess or any stray materials left behind! We also had a new window installed and the care & quality for that installation was done just as well as the roof itself! We’ve already noticed a difference in the temperature in the house. A heavy rainfall took place recently and contrary to some people’s speculations, it was actually very quiet when it fell on the roof. Overall a job well done from start to finish!

Shannon, my sales rep., was very thorough, informative, and professional. Also, he took the time to answer and questions that I had and he kept me informed about the status of the installers schedule and followed up with me to answer any questions that came along the way. Don't like door to door salesmen that only stop in at our house n no one else's on the block, soliciting at a no soliciting house. Let alone two young men. Perfect Steel Solutions replaced the roof on my 100-year-old home, removing three layers of old shingles and replacing any parts of the roof framing that needed repairs. Young man from their team approached my door. Usually I listen and tell them not interested but he was so knowledgeable about his product and was able to pinpoint the problem areas on my roof and windows (and he was right, they were drafty!). Very professional and very pleasant. Did not pressure me at all and their estimates are free!!! Worth at least letting them come take a look. Gave us lots of colors to choose from and they have a fantastic warranty. I knew I needed a roof but didn't know where to start looking. There are so many companies out there advertising different things and deals. A guy from Perfect Steel Solutions stopped by my house and said they were in the area giving out completely free estimates. The next day Noah showed up and showed me this metal roof that I just fell in love with. With all the storms that come through, my roof is even quieter now than when I just had shingles and the peace of mind knowing i have a solid roof. I would have done the roof myself, but I didn’t have time so when someone stopped by I set up an appointment for the sales rep to come out. When Noah came out he helped me out by hooking me up with reasonable financing and said they could get it done quickly. Which they did! I like the roof a whole lot.
