We had quite the project for Marc and his crew. They removed our existing deck and replaced it with our beautiful screened in porch, stamped concrete patio and built in grill area. Like all projects especially during this pandemic, we had to make changes due to material availability and Marc was extremely helpful with that process. We did end up going over the original time frame but again that was due to the current state we live in but he was still able to get us done in time for our daughter’s graduation party. It’s been 2 months since they completed the project and a panel is coming off and needs repair. Marc came out quickly and has a plan to fix it. Marc stands behind his work. We would definitely recommend Precise Building Contractors.

While my painter was replacing siding he uncovered what appeared to be long term wood rot outside my dining room which butts up to the garage. The visible rot impacted the band board/sill plate and at least 2 studs. Concern was additional damage to the window structure and more extensive damage to the wall. I called 4 contractors for bids. Marc was the first one to come out to the house. My painter who had placed a tarp over the damaged area to protect it showed Marc pictures. Marc demonstrated the understanding of what happened, what needed to be done, and quickly provided me a detailed scope of work and cost bid. Marc thought he could get a crew out in a week or so and the job would take half a day. We did discuss that there could be additional rot or issues which would not be known until the front of the house was opened up. One of the other contractors who provided a bid said he could do it in 5-6 weeks. Another contractor said he was booked through January 2024 (I also think he underestimated the scope of work based on his bid) and the final contractor no-bid unless I was willing to take on a larger scope of work (a deck or overhang on my front porch). This is clearly a busy time of year for contractors as everyone is working hard to complete outside jobs while weather permits. I accepted Marc’s proposal for two reasons. First I was confident that he knew what needed to be done and more importantly he would be able to identify any additional issues and know how to correct them. That provided me an added measure of peace of mind. Second his responsiveness and customer-centric focus were outstanding. Marc was there for me and able to correct the issue in an acceptable time frame. This was not an issue I wanted unresolved for 5-6 weeks let alone into early January. Marc was out with Paul and Norm on a Saturday and they did an excellent job. Marc and Norm both entertained all of my questions and provided excellent answers. As a final note Mary in the office was also excellent to work with. She too was very responsive and helpful. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommend Marc and his company.

I contacted Precise after I had some pretty major storm damage to my home. Marc and his wife were amazing and friendly from the start! My job did take about 4 months from estimate to completion, however they were very busy and I did have A LOT that needed done. Their work crews were not in the way and were always respectful and friendly if they had an ask of us. They work that was done was top quality. They even VERY closely matched the original brick that was to remain on my garage. Marc always made it convenient for me to speak with him or meet with him as necessary for paperwork, or payment, or just questions in general. I would recommend Precise with total confidence for anyone needing contractor work completed!

In 2022 my residence was directly in the path of a very violent derecho storm. Our house suffered damage on the roof, siding, and side garage door. Marc stopped by our house and not only assisted us in getting the repairs done, he worked with our homeowners insurance as an expert on what needed to be fixed. We were so impressed with Marc and his contractors on the outside of our house, we also had them put in new flooring on our main floor. Marc and his crew are very professional and courteous. They show up ready to work and have always cleaned up the debris after the job is completed. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Marc, his crew and very helpful wife. Last December we had the unfortunate news while on vacation that our pipes busted and we had a major water flood. The reviews made it easy to pick a contractor and let me just say it's all true from what I read anyways. Marc makes it easy to get ahold of, and his crew did do an amazing job on our home. Last June 13, a tree fell on our house and there was extensive damage. Marc and his crew removed the tree and tarped the house. He met our adjuster and started the ball rolling. New roof, new siding, new windows, insulation and drywall, etc. They did a great job for us. We highly recommend them.

I would recommend Precise Building Contractors. Our basement had a load bearing wall removed from a previous owner, and this was not done properly. The pillars that were installed my the previous owner was decorative and not supposed to bear the weight it was, so they were bowing. Marc came in and explained exactly what needed to be done. Mark, the owner, explained what would be done throughly and checked that all was done correctly. Excellent work from a very knowledgeable and helpful contractor! Mark will get everything you want done at the price you say you can do it. He was responsive and quick to give an estimate, very flexible and considerate when I misunderstood something on my end. My wife and I are incredibly pleased with the outcome and the process that got us there. Highly recommended for any work. Our roof was stripped and redone in a single day without us finding so much as a single nail in the yard. Same with the painting of our house. As soon as the weather cooperated the painters took care of us wonderfully. Before and afters make the house look brand new.

I had a wonderful experience getting a small masonry issue repaired. My great fear was that the job was too small for a contractor to pick up. Called Precise to ask for small job recommendations or if they knew anyone who would fix a little three foot stretch of cement. Instead the owner himself came by to take a look and did the work personally. What I thought was a job too small, ended up being completed quickly and at a fabulous price. On June 13th a storm blew a tree onto my home causing a lot of damage. Precise Building Contractors came and removed the tree from the house with causing any more damage. They also cut down remainder of the tree and removed all of the debris. Their work was very professional and the owner and crew were very friendly. A excellent job.
