Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. Finally the fourth week we ask it to be done or return deposit and they came through. I think if they improve their time estimating and have more transparent, proactive communication they would ease more costumer concerns.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

The worst contracting company you will ever unfortunately hire. They are incompetent and their workers are all drunk on modelos. They are terrible at communicating and setting up dates. They will blow you off for weeks and then have the audacity to wonder why you are so upset. Do not waste time with this 'company'. Still haven't heard back from them concerning my roof and it's been about a month. Edit: 5 months no contact. Matt is completely unprofessional and is a terrible face for this company. I no longer want to use contractors because of how this company did us.

Beware, do not hire this company. They received a down payment of over $7,000, promised a new roof installation in two weeks and then coincidently became hard to reach for 45 days. No voicemail, no answer. Gave my parents the run around for weeks, because they were so busy with other projects and suddenly couldn’t get supplies,even though Jason was available every single day before making the deal. When my parents finally said that they had had enough of the dishonesty and wanted their money back, they were told “ It doesn’t work like that”. My parents hired another company and the roof was installed in 6 days.

It’s been two years and you can still see hard lines on the front of our roof. Was told it would settle. They’ve come out a few times and tap some down. It’s not fixing the issue, picked them because of all the good reviews and customer service but really not happy.

We needed a full roof replacement. It took awhile to have the work done because they were working with a lot of storm damage work that took priority but once they started it was amazing how quickly the team worked to get the job done. The clean up was great! You could not even tell they were here. We had an issue with the dumpster getting left behind but Jason and his team were very responsive. As a Licensed Public Adjuster (Alexios Claims Group), I’ve worked with hundreds of contractors across various states to help resolve insurance claims, and I have to tell you that Red Wolf Roofing has got to be one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with, especially in the Fort Wayne area. Red Wolf’s owner, Jason, is an American veteran that truly understands the roofing industry and never waivers from what’s right/best for his clients. My experience with Jason and his company has been 2nd to none, especially if/when the unexpected happens. I honestly would use Red Wolf Roofing for any roofing project that I had for NO job seems to be too big or small for these guys! They are beyond 1st Class each and every time!

Shopped around with several different companies 2 years ago and Jason seemed at the time to be the best option for price and seemed very knowledgeable. They offered good warranty using well known brands. Also said it would be about two weeks to start the job. Had to reach out several times to figure out when they would start which ended up being 2 months later. Ended up contracting the job out to which no one working on the job spoke well enough English to communicate issues they were having. Ended up putting white drip edge and gutter guard on when it was supposed to be brown to match the facia and soffit. All they offered was a credit off of the bill. Two years later and we go to sell our house which gets inspected and the inspector found several roof leaks and now the company won’t answer any calls to honor the contract for warranty. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Roof was not installed correctly, flashing on outside of siding. Skylight was broken and then never properly fixed. Contract wasn’t followed, permits weren’t obtained, no 3D cad drawing for precut metal. More damage was done to our home then any added value with this roof added. Wouldn’t recommend any business ran by Jason Bracht! Very good quality roof at a reasonable price! Also, they were friendly, answered all my questions, and walked me through all the components and layers of the roof instead of just showing me shingle colors. I reached out to Red Wolfe after I noticed a leak from the bathroom ceiling. After seeing the info for my call Jason decided to come out personally and do the estimate. It’s a 20yr old roof so one way or another had to be replaced. He showed up on time and sat down with me and went over EVERYTHING step by step. At that point I decided to go with Red Wolfe to do the new roof. To my surprise he was able to work with my insurance and get my roof covered. Awesome!!! Did have a few minor issues with the completion date but it was to be expected with how crazy busy the roofing business has been. Once it was done and we did the walk around I had couple concerns and Jason had his guys out the very next day “Saturday at that” to take care of it. Chosen for being a local company and a military veteran, Jason was on site with my adjuster and the roofing inspector to make sure I was treated fairly, understandingly the replacement took awhile due to the amount of people affected by the derecho, when they did get started, their were 15 people on my roof ripping shingles and taking the bows out of the roof line, finishing the bulk of the job in 6 hours and stopping in the dark, they returned for gutters and touch-ups and performed the final inspection addressing any concerns in a timely manner.I was not disappointed, in fact, very pleased with the work.I am proud I chose a local contractor and was able to support my community.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof installation

We were looking to replace our shingled roof and go to a steel roof. We spoke to a neighbor and they recommend Red Wolf. We contacted Jason for a quote. He came out and was very responsive to what we were looking for and he was very professional and the quote was a great price.
