Marcus and his team were very professional from the first meeting. Marcus came and inspected my roof and gave me an estimate letting me know there may be things that pop up along the way and he would keep me informed. On the day they came, they were in and out, very friendly, very Clean with their construction site. Cleanup was amazing, not one nail in my yard or driveway. So thankful for his business. Two thumbs up.

I needed a new roof and one skylight replaced — Marcus was prompt and professional from the day we discussed roofing options, to the day the job was completed. When I had further questions before selecting a roofer, Senter was quick to respond with helpful answers. The quality of services offered for the pricing is a great value. My roof was on the schedule within two weeks of the consultation, and the job was finished in one day. The clean-up afterwards was exceptional. There have been some heavy rains since my roof went on and everything is holding up quite nicely without issue, and the new skylight has zero leaks or condensation (which was a problem with the old skylight). Marcus responded to our request for a repair estimate immediately. After inspecting the roof damage, we decided to have Senter Roofing tear off our existing two-layers of shingles and install architectural shingles. Marcus was very thorough in explaining our options and we agreed upon a very fair price. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule within a few days. The crew showed up right on time, worked non-stop once they started and completed the entire job by mid-afternoon. They arrived at 7:30 in the morning. They immediately went to work removing the old house roof. They were very organized and worked efficiently and effectively. Within 2 hours they had already removed the roof and immediately began to install the new one. The next couple hours was all that was needed to finish the roof. They put the same amount of effort into installing the garage roof as well. They worked until dark and after completing the job made sure to clean up everything before leaving. After seeing many work crews through the years I have to say I have not seen one that works better together. A crew of 4 workers arrived at 7am on June 28, and began working. They didn't stop until lunch. They were a force in the afternoon finally finishing at 7:30 pm. They left a beautiful roof. They cleaned up everything. My husband and I walked the yard looking for missed nails or staples but found nothing.Roofers were very hard to find following the derecho. If you found one they were 8-12 wks out even for an inspection. Marcus came to our home and presented his bid. He could start next wk which was yesterday. We were very impressed and pleased. Senter Roofing came and gave me an estimate on replacing my roof. They saw storm damage and worked with my insurance company to get some help with the cost of the replacement. They then scheduled the replacement in a short period of time, and after some weather-related delays, I have a very nice new roof. A big crew came and tore off the old roof and put up the new one in one day. It looks great and I'm not expecting any problems for a long time to come!
