Jason was great at communicating expectations and timeliness. I was disappointed that I was told roof would be done by 1pm but apparently due to fog that was delayed until 4:30pm. That made the day a bit more challenging, but not unbearable. Fair price consistent with other quotes I received and less than a couple. Matched my warranty I got from another company extending the workmanship from 12 months to 5 years! Would use them again in the future or refer friends, family or clients.Service: Roof installation

I wish I had utilized the services of staydry roofing, sooner. I paid out of pocket to get two of my roofs replaced after a storm when it should have been covered by insurance. And I had issues with those roofers. But then when Jason offered to help me, he was able to get my shop roof covered by insurance and the price was cheaper than all of the other quotes I had. So then I really wanted to use them for the siding of my house from the same storm. But insurance was only going to cover like $900 for a couple missing shingles. So Jason helped me to actually fight the insurance company, staydry hired a professional to fight them and it was a year long battle of constant work on their part and they ended up getting it were able to get me a large sum of money to get all of my siding replaced. And the options for siding out there right now weren't really suiting my customized needs for something unique so Jason and team worked to try to find something that would work. Together we came up with a plan to carry out my vision and I couldn't be happier with the final product. It is such a night and day difference. House looks like a million bucks now. I'm very happy. And if you're having issues with your insurance, that's not a fight you can win without their help. I went from nothing to everything.

Jason Jackson was our angel. Had been disappointed with the lack of customer service, respect and professionalism shown by other companies which made us appreciate him all the more. He was very responsive and assisted us with working with the insurance company to ensure our roof was taken care of and things went as smoothly as possible. We got hit with a hail storm and my insurance company only approved us for siding, facia, gutters, downspouts, and a garage door to be replaced. But not the roof. I had another company do all that. Then Stay dry came to my door and asked who was doing the roof. I told them the story and he said let me try to see if we can get the claim reopened. Honestly, there are 70 houses in my addition and I was the only one who didn’t have a new roof. To make a long story short, they got me a new roof. Upgraded me from 3-tab to architectural.I appreciate the effort they put into helping me.Honestly and unfortunately during the process of the roof, my new gutters got damaged. Before I got home to see, the contractor had called their supervisor and reported the damage. A few weeks later they upgraded me to 6in gutters to replace the 4in that accidentally got damaged.How likely am I to recommend Stay Dry to friends and Family?Very likely.
