Terrible! Had issues since we had it done 3 years ago. Still having siding fall off our house! All their trash was in our gutters that caused our basement to flood several times. Work crew unprofessional. The crew would show up for an hour or so and be done for the day. Made the whole thing take way longer than needed. Things were cut 2 fit so they didn’t have to reorder. So dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend anyone else use this company.

Triple S Remodeling called me to schedule an appointment with me and they were super nice over the phone. They provided me with an appointment that best worked with my wife’s and I schedule. Triple S came out to my home and provided me with an estimate. The estimate was very detailed. The guy that came over was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. The guy that showed up was very professional and on time!!! I don’t usually make decisions on the spot but as the guy was walking out to his vehicle my wife and I stopped him so that we could purchase our roof! They did an amazing job on the roof and the installers were awesome! Really enjoyed the process! Triple S Remodeling keep up the hard work!!!

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would.I first found these guys while at the mall, one of their canvassers stopped me and started talking about home improvement projects. I agreed to sign up for a quote, well the company came out and the sales rep only gave me a quote for windows, not realizing that the quote was for roofing and siding.Anyway another 25-30 minutes goes by waiting to get the quotes. They give me the quotes which was ridiculously high, I have a small house and the quote for 10 windows, siding/roofing for my house and detached 1 car garage was $38k! I told the sales rep Sean that I would be getting quotes from other places and I would be in touch.Flash forward to today when someone called me to schedule an estimate, I told the lady that they were already out and I wasn’t interested in moving forward due to the clear communication issues and the ridiculous price.0/10 would not recommend!

Sales rep was on time (Andy). It was time for a new roof for us, our house is 25 years old. We decided on a class 4 roof (good for up to 130 mph winds). After the sale, I was expecting the work to be done in 4 weeks from the sale. A couple weeks went by and we got a call saying the crew will be there at 7am the next day.Wow, what a crew. doorbell rang at 7am, roof was off by 8am. I know I didn't have to, but I stopped work around 10:30AM and fed the crew. The new roof was on and the yard cleaned up by 3:30PM. A well oiled machine, that crew was!keep up the good work, and don't lose that crew.

Sometimes how you fix a problem says more about you than getting it 100% right the first time. I had a custom patio door and windows installed by Triple S. Sales and installation were great. But I was not happy with the door when it was done. I called the office and talked to Kane. He did his research and got back to me promptly with a solution. Turns out the huge custom door was missing a tiny part. We had to wait for a new part to be made and shipped, but he kept in contact with me the whole time, updating me and setting expectations. He knew I couldn't talk during the work day, so instead of just leaving a voicemail, he would call me in the evening so I could actually talk to him.The part was taking awhile to arrive, so he made arrangements for it to be picked up from Toledo. Kane and the manufacturer worked together to make sure it was fixed right and that I was completely satisfied. I have worked in customer service for over 2 decades and I can say, Triple S Remodeling went above and beyond. 5 stars, would definitely use again.

We contacted them over the winter to get a new roof put on. They put it on end of February, early March. They left behind tons of screws and large metal staples. My family spent over an hour picking them up even after they assured us that would clean up the mess with a large magnet. After calling and explaining to them my fear for my children and pets coming to visit they sent a group out to pick up what was left. This is July and we are still finding the large stables in our yard. When dumpster was picked up they left two huge 15 ft scraps on our driveway. When contacting them about it they said the scraps would fade in a couple of weeks. We are still looking at the huge eye sore. They have not returned phone calls. If they ever come to us with a solution I will update review.

Had all of our windows installed and back patio door replaced. Great communication throughout the whole process. Back patio door had some issues and they came and replaced the part free of charge. Would for sure use again in the future.

1: you sent out an unqualified team, who had no idea how to work with our terrible roof, that clearly needed attention.2. It took almost almost 2 months to get the roof fixed correctly, after your unqualified team.3. Your unqualified team admitted they were unqualified.4. We had to call multiple times to get our roof completed correctly the second time.5. When we would call, we were greeted with rudeness from the office staff.6. After it was finally completed, we still owed $1000, and the office staff threatened us with collections, even though we paid almost 16k at that point with loans.... it was only 3 weeks when they started threatening collections.7. We tell everyone not to use you, as we regret using you, every month, when I pay the loan payments.

First started out great. Fair prices and willing to do reasonable payments. That's where it stopped, said we were approved for a payment plan, then we needed more prove of income and found this out by me having to call them. No one ever called me back. I always had to call them. Been a week now since my 4th call and they promised the last time they would call back. But haven't. Guess I should of read the reviews first. Terrible customer service.So 2 months after I left this review, they respond basically calling me a liar. Saying I lied about my financing. I sent them my tax returns and last pay check. They would of been better off not responding. Again great customer service.

Took 5 months to start the work.Misrepresented the lender, saying the purchase window was closed, to force me to apply for credit twice. Did not offer any form of discount due to the extreme lateness of the work.Would give 0 stars. Would recommend to avoid at all coasts.EDIT:Kane A. has not returned any of my calls, not even to tell me no they were not going to do anything about their failure. The want to absolve themselves from any responsibility and blame their contractor. They offered me $150 to take down this review. This was a 2% refund for 6 months of delay. It was an insult.

My wife signed up for information at show. After the initial phone call the sales person showed up as scheduled and I decided to buy gutters for my home. I paid half up front and was told they would call to schedule the installation. The install call never came, instead I got another sales call even though I had already purchased. I told the sales person on the phone that I was waiting to have the install scheduled. In the meantime I scheduled for another contractor to come fix siding on my home and to paint. The Triple S gutter installers showed up unannounced on the same day and start putting up gutters before the painters can start their work. They never called to schedule the installation and delayed the work I had scheduled for my home. So now I am a week behind on the work I thought was getting done. I told the installers that I had a problem with them showing up unannounced.I later got a call to get the rest of the payment and told them that they caused a problem for me with the install and all they said was sorry and charged my credit card. I then got another sales call from them. They continue to call and want me to buy stuff but no one who is responsible has bothered to call and talk to me about the problems they have caused with the other contractors. When I told the sales person who called me about this he got angry with me and was very unprofessional.I would not recommend this company. There are plenty of other options.

Very professional presentation on replacing our windows. Prices was quoted along with a specific interest rate. We moved forward. Financing was approved and interest rate/monthly payment was considerably higher. A few phone calls later, that was fixed. Work was scheduled. The install went well except two windows did not fit. They were the wrong size. So, second install is schedule to put in correct windows. Before that happened, we were asked to sign a document saying the work had been completed. They needed paid. That seemed weird. Second install happened without problems.We do like the new windows but the patio door that was installed hasn't worked since installation. Opening it is an endeavor. Also, the screen door has never worked. Phone calls have been made with no action. Promises of our tech will stop by or our manager will call have resulted in no action. We are now in the middle of summer with an inoperable door/screen. Really poor follow up and passing on the info.Product wise- we love the windows! 5 stars!Service wise- very poor. Apparently once money has been exchanged, the customer is no longer a priority. 1 star!

The bathroom designer Jason was very helpful and nice. We had allot of other quotes and Triple S was competitive with what we feel was nicer products. The installers showed up as scheduled and finished in 3 days as quoted. We Love our new bath and was pleasantly surprised by the great service. Thank You Triple S Jason and Ben!!!!

Had our windows replace by Triple S Remodeling 7 years ago, and have had nothing but issues with leaks, and water getting into drywall. Have been called and issue was talked about, but nothing done to fix it. Would not recommend to anyone.

I got new gutters and Leaf Slugger toppers. The installers did a wonderful job and were careful not to trample my plants. They changed the location of the downspouts to where they make more sense and are no longer an eyesore. I’m very happy with the work and quality of the product.Thank you to Kane at Triple S Remodeling!

They did a great job on our gutters. Initially, there was a mess up with our financing but when it was brought to their attention they corrected it immediately. I would recommend them for others and will likely use them again for future home improvements.

Not very professional, one of the gentleman tried entirely too hard to be funny, We had an estimate done on our small 2 story home. It is an old home and needs to have repair work done however we don't need to be told that we must "care a little" because we have had the roof replaced and that as soon as they pulled up they said this was going to be a very big job.. They were here for 1 1/2 hours, not really sure why it took so long. Finally they told us the estimate.... $ 44,000 to side an 1,100 sq ft home and replacing 5 windows. WOW.... needless to say, they will not be getting our business.

Had all my windows replaced in my house... Have had problems with the windows leaking water on my drywall and possibly a seal issue. It's been months and still no one has bothered to come check out the problems. Also had siding done through them, problems with the siding, mhas been months since anyone came here to check anything out. Very poor communication. We want our kitchen and bath remodeled and are definitely going elsewhere.

Everything from Jodi's home visit for a quote to the half day it took to reroof our house and garage was fabulous !! Everyone we spoke with throughout the whole process was very pleasant and helpful . Had we not said yes to that quick quote we still would not have it done. And the price was just right !! Shingles are starting to buckle along the bottom of the roof. Doug Will not return phone calls. No final inspection, they were a no call no show. Took 3 months to get Warranty papers but yet says color unknown. Stay away from here. I guess we are going to have to get a lawyer.

triple remodeling came to my home and removed the orignal window that's been in my house since it was first built,the window was rotted and the gentleman did a excellent job with the new windows for the front of my house. We were told the job would start in 1-5 weeks when we got the quote. The first half of the loan would be taken prior to job started & second half taken out once job was complete. This was back in May. Now it's the end of September The small roof on our porch was done about a week after the Soffet & Facia supplies were dropped off approx. a month ago. The shingles that bump up against the house are all bowed so if there is any strong winds odds are they will blow right off. We were told they'd take a look at it when they came to do the soffet & facia. It's now the end of September & every time we call we get "job was supposed to be this day, but it got pushed back we'll call contractor & make sure it gets done next week." Today we got another bill from our loan showing they took the final payment last month. I get sometimes jobs are pushed back but they aren't at all letting us know what is going on. Taking the second payment prior to the completion of the job was our last straw & why we won't be using them or recommending them to others

Very rude customer service on the phone. Pretty sure they scam their way into up selling you on work you dont need , so they can finace you a loan to get work done. All that just to get a estimate on a window repalcement? What does it matter if im married or have a mortgage to get a free estimate? No soliciting in the addition. Avoid them for sure.
