Universal windows direct did a thorough job assessing my need to install a new window in my eating area. They let me know they wanted my business and gave me a reasonable price. The window is quality and they did a beautiful job installing it. They installed it from the outside in and had to remove siding but replaced it the same day. The finishing work on the inside is excellent also. The pictures were taken before the trim was painted.Service: Window installation

I purchased a patio door with internal venetian blinds.I love it!! Absolutely love it. The blinds keep the sun out, without the worry of having the cat or dog brush into them and ruin them, as they are between the glass.The installers were fantastic, and explained everything.The price was the best one around. But putting the price aside, as it is said, "you get what you pay for" I truly got what I paid for, from ordering, installing, and follow-up.Would I recommend Universal Windows Direct? I had to wait a few days to post a review, as I was overly excited and didn’t want to sound too excitedly crazy.I’m so happy with these windows!Mason, was the one to help set up the process. He answered all the questions and was super helpful with suggesting windows that would work better for certain areas.We had 16 windows installed and the team that came out did very thorough and quick work of it. Chris and Bobby were their names, very nice people, very professional. They were very understanding with my crazy dog hanging out around them being nosy.Marc Faylor was very professional and due to the global pandemic or supply chain issues we did have to move our installation date back, but it’s completely understandable and the company communicated these issues very well.These windows are AWESOME. They replaced the Pella windows that came with the house when it was built. The old windows were over 30yrs old and were a nightmare. These new windows open with ease and the screens are beautiful and hardly noticeable.I am so glad I selected this company! They even stated they would place a coil above my bay window in the future. Universal Windows Direct Of Fort Wayne took my exterior door out and replaced it with a window. They also replaced some siding for me.Wow! Update: We are using them again for our new home that has original windows to the house (1997). We love UW windows and would recommend to anyone we know!We recently bought our house that was built in 1910 and had almost all of the original windows. It made for chilly days not only outside but inside our home! Marc and his team came out to help replace our windows and our house looks almost brand new! These guys are top notch. We needed all the windows replaced in our Sun Room, along with a siding issue, and they did it all. They were fast, efficient, and I was really impressed with the quality of the workmanship. A few months later I had them come out and replace a big picture window. We had a wall torn out and a new sliding glass door installed. Marc and his team were great to work with. They got the entire job done within 8 hours and were great at communicating with us throughout the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly. My only complaint would be the time it took for the door to come in but that was most likely out of their hands. All in all we were very happy with the end results. I have no gotten my windows installed yet but I am super excited for them! Universal Windoes has been great at working in a timely fashion. I called them and they were able to give me a quite the same day. They informed me of what they believed would be the best option for me while also remembering that I am on a budget. I had consultations with 2 other window companies but Universal was the most friendly, helpful, and had the quickest order to instalation timeSo far, highly impressed.

Highly recommend this company. Every one was friendly and professional from the salesperson to the installers. They did a great job installing the windows. Mason great salesmen, very professional, funny thing every time he came to my house it rained. So he will never forget my house. Marc and his team my goodness. Do they take breaks? Nope. Started at 7am completed 2pm. I was like man they don't stop for nothing. Just drinking mountain dew and nails were a hammering away.
