August of last year we started the process of trying to get a new roof. Guardian had left a flyer on my door after a really bad hail. I called the number, they came out and did an estimate. It was submitted to insurance, but they did not want to pay. Guardian then got a third party involved called Spartan to get the insurance to pay. That process lasted until April of 2022. This process was long and tedious, but both Spartan and Guardian were great through the process. After the insurance company sending a check for a portion of the work, I was able to send the down payment to Guardian and set up an install. After some back and forth with the person that would be overseeing the install we set a date for 6/29/2022. He said the materials would be delivered the Friday before and even asked where they would need to be placed on the property so they were not in the way. I told him and the next thing I know that Friday came and went with no delivery. I then called him on that Tuesday to see what happened he mentioned speaking to another gentlemen about it and that he had the materials and would be in contact as they would be delivered in the next week so they could start. This never happened and he quit answering my calls. I have called both the mainline and the number I was given for my point of contact. They now have several thousands of dollars without doing ANY work, my roof is still leaking, and I have no resolution. I drove out to Fortville to go the the office, but no one was there at 10 am on a Tues and no one is returning my messages. This is ridiculous and should never happen to anyone trusting that a job will be done.Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair

Josh and his team were the only roofing company I got estimates from who were knowledgeable and willing to assist me with making sure my insurance company paid my wind damage claim fairly. For that they deserve many accolades and my deep appreciation.They also did some interior work scraping the popcorn ceiling, repairing a seam, and making the ceiling flat as well as installing beautiful new lighting.Their advice and recommendations were always on point, they worked on the seam repair in particular until it was right (it was a bit tricky), and the finished work is well done. All of the workers were pleasant and respectful.The company is in high demand so it might be difficult to get scheduled, and they need to improve communication. For example, communication was poor around things like when to expect shingles to be delivered, preparations required, process steps to know what to expect, days they would or would not be working, etc.I would give them a 4.5 because of communication issues, but since that's not an option and the work getting the roof through insurance was well above what anyone else offered, I'm giving a 5-star rating. Our roof and gutters look awesome!We had a roof leak initially during a storm. We called over five other roofing companies in the local area and we either didn't get a call back or they weren't able to make it out. Guardian came out the night of and was able to stop the leak.Very fortunate we chose these guys. They helped us work with our insurance company. Had Guardian replace front porch posts and railing. We could not be more satisfied with our experience. It’s looks AMAZING!!! Dustin was wonderful and very personable. Josh was easy to talk to and personable as well. We highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our future projects!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I attempted to use this business to finish repairing a patio's posts and railings. After taking the project they took a down payment from me and promised to follow up within a week or two to schedule the work. They then proceeded to ignore me for 5 weeks. I have been unable to get the company to call me back or respond to email. Complete silence. I've tried calling their salesman and every number I can find listed for the business. I messaged them on their facebook page to no avail. I've emailed every email address I have for them with no response. Now the only thing left is to physically drive to their location and see if I can speak with someone. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you are planning on spending your hard earned money on home improvements.UPDATE: As of two months later and I still have not been able to receive a refund or response. Seems like legal action will be needed. Do not engage with this business they are fraudulent and will rob you of your time, money and sanity.

Do not use this company! Josh, the owner, will not respond...they will take your money but 1.5 years later our house in Westfield still has not been completed from a hail storm. They dont or wont respond to email, call or text. Look elsewhere! Better Business Bureau and Attorney General has been notified and this company has been reported multiple times for ripping people off and not finishing what the start.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Roof installation

They won't reimburse your for damages their crew makes, had to repair damages from their crew because the company wouldn't show up to fix the issue and make it right.
