Worked with a guy named Keith over there and he was extremely rude to me. This was a product I was going to use on my personal roof in Sarasota, Florida. We are Green Vista Roofing, a Florida Roofing Contractor out of Nokomis FL, I’ve used Modern Metal products for many of my clients in SWFL and all of them love their products! They offer a 50yr warranty on their materials and are a 24ga metal, not 26ga like their competitors. They also are the only manufacturer I’m aware of that offers an aluminum Spanish style panel for the aesthetics of a tile roof, but the durability of an aluminum roof for homeowners right on the salt water.
