We had a leaky roof at our business, American Steel Rule Die, and had 3 different roofing companies come out and give us quotes. Before even seeing the quote I knew that I wanted our company to go with Southwest. Darin and team were absolutely wonderful. There were very communicative, on time, and great with quick responses. They repaired our roof and installed a drain. The job was done quickly and a couple of days after the final walk through Darin even showed up with some water to test the repaired roof and drain. Southwest Commercial Roofing LLC is a newer family owned company that has just moved into the Elkhart County area. I'm a real estate agent, and sometimes it can be hard to find a roofing company that isn't 10 months out on their projects. Austin and his company answered my questions back promptly and went above and beyond to squeeze me in for a roof inspection I needed asap. Once the inspection was complete it was going to be really pricey for my buyer to fix and Austin and his company came up with a cheaper, more cost effective way for my client to get the new solid roof he needed and for less than the other quotes we had gotten around the area.
