Our AC went out on the first warm day of the season. My wife called Bennett’s HVAC and they arrived within a couple of hours. Danny and Cole thoroughly diagnosed our old AC and determined there was a leak among other issues (too many to list). They walked my wife through every step of the process. When it came time to make a decision, Danny and Cole called me while I was at work and walked me through all of our options. They know what they’re talking about, they are honest, professional and did a damn fine job installing out new AC unit. When you have to make a large purchase on a home service, you want to feel the people you’re doing business with are going to do right by you. We definitely had this experience with Bennett’s HVAC. Danny and Cole were great. This is a trustworthy business, and I would recommend them to all of my friends, family and coworkers.

These guys are so awesome! Our furnace died and we called Bennett HVAC and spoke with a super friendly girl, who sent Cole within just a few hours to check out our old system. With us already knowing we needed a new one, we got our estimate and decided to go with a Trane. The install crew was on time, super friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. We are SO pleased with all of the service, and the professionalism and friendliness of everyone we've encountered from this company! Firstly, Bennett’s was able to get to my house for some pre-existing issues from another company’s install on the same day that I called and requested an appointment. Secondly, the techs would call and tell me exactly when they would be arriving, so I didn’t have to wait and take extra time off work. And third and perhaps most importantly, Bennett’s was efficient in diagnosing issues, getting the right parts, and getting back to my house to repair. And lastly, their cost for their visits were extremely fair and reasonable, and their techs were very professional and knowledgeable. Bennett’s has become our go-to for life!

One of the best experiences I've had with a company. Showed up exactly when they said they would and answered all of my questions. Made the whole process very easy for me and I wont hesitate to give them a call if I need anymore work done. Very professional. It was an unexpected expense and I couldn't cover it out of pocket so they even pointed me in the right direction to get financing as well. I own a local business in Avon, IN. I called on a Monday in the late morning and explained I needed someone to come take a look at our units as they were not keeping up. They immediately schedule an appointment for 8am Tuesday morning. Cole arrived promptly at 8am on Tuesday and got straight to work. He kept me informed the entire time and was honest about his work and the costs. Their technology they use for invoicing was very prompt and easy to use. I was very impressed and didn’t feel ripped off at all. I’ll be using Bennett’s HVAC for all my future commercial and residential needs!

I called up Bennett's and spoke with Bridgette and she sent Cole out to my home within about 30 minutes because he happened to be in my area. Cole is very knowledgeable, professional, and didn't try to up sale me but rather just told me what was wrong and what my options were. Our AC unit started blowing air, getting the indoor temperature above 80. We called Bennett’s and had a serviceman out the very next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything to us clearly and intelligently. Dan and Cole did an excellent job. We had a furnace malfunction during the night (compressor sourcing too much current) and lost our heating. They came from across town on short notice to get us up and running again. I highly recommend Bennett's HVAC. We will be contacting them again when we switch over to propane later this year.

The Bennetts are a family owned business that helped with my family's last house when our furnace went out in February a few years ago. They had a new unit put in faster than we expected. Bennetts are straight forward, thorough, and knowledgeable. We recently bought a foreclosure and they had to replace the air conditioner, furnace, humidifier, and clean the air ducts. They're very quick to respond and extremely nice. They also offer financing. On 9-11-2020 had a maintenance check and the young man told us we needed a new furnace, called his office to get a quote! Also spent quite a bit of time on c-phone for personal calls! We were not comfortable with the info he had given! Called someone else out 2 days later changed apart and was told the furnace should last for quite a long time! I contacted Bennett's HVAC at 6:30 on a Monday night. Our AC had been out for about 6 hours and I thought we could fix it ourselves. Turns out it was a much bigger problem than we could handle. They arrived within 20 min and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand, but assured me that would be back first thing in the morning to fix it. They kept their word and came back as soon as they got the part the next day. They where very professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced! We will definitely be calling them again if we have any other issues!

Excellent customer service! We were worried about being able to have someone come out during the pandemic. Bennett’s was recommended to me by a friend as my furnace was not working at all. I phoned Bennetts office and was greeted with a friendly and courteous staff member. She assured me she would return a call as soon as she spoke with the service team. She returned call in less time that she had stated that it might take. She informed me that Daniel Bennett would be here the next afternoon. Office staff phoned that he had finished his morning call early and would be willing to come at an earlier time then scheduled. Daniel knew my furnace wasn’t working and we were in a cold spell. I was grateful that he did come as promptly as he could. Daniel and his team arrived, gave me a very detailed explanation as to what the problem was. He explained very throughly each question I had ask him.Daniel stated he would give appraisal of all options I had, reviewed and emailed me by later that same day with my options. We discussed it further and settled with a replacement. Daniel and his team were over the top respectful, courteous, prompt and personable. I couldn’t have ask for a better service than I received from them. Never once seen a frown or irritated face even when they met with obstacles along the way. I had a new furnace put in about 12 years ago by another Heating service and had nothing but trouble with it from the beginning. They had improperly installed it. So having replaced many motherboards later Daniel had finally explained to me why I was having to replace them. Never once did Daniel talk the other installer down. Just stated the facts. With these facts in mind I see that I was taken advantage of by prior service company. This company installed a trane furnace that was never registered, improperly installed and were not even trane certified. In my experience I would say first and foremost if considering a service from anyone take Daniel’s advice and ask for certification. Greencastle Indiana doesn’t require a service contractor to be certified. Be very careful. I thought I was getting the best deal of my life only to find out I was taken advantage of. Summing up I would highly recommend Bennetts HVAC for all around good service. Furthermore stating stay away from Brickerts Heating and cooling.Service: Heating system installation

Deceptive estimates....Your reply stated that you never provided an estimate. That is not accurate!Your office estimated a service call to my residence would be $75.00 and I agreed.The tech was prompt and courteous and only tested the input voltage. I was charged $100.00 to be informed of a lack of power, and therefore unable to check my furnace. I found the L1 lead from mydisconnect needed reset. Now tested my own circuits and will be looking to upgrade to a larger furnace. Which I will look for elsewhere.

This is the company, and these are the guys......Our 15 year old Goodman, hanging in our crawl space, was shot. R.I.P.I called on the advice of a co-worker, and Mike showed up that day. Mike gave me a price, and 4 days later we're up and running.Every one of these guys were pro. Showed up when they said they would, and worked until the job was done, which, by the way, looks 100 times better that the old clunker that they replaced.Not only was the work top-notch, but it was nice to meet such a great group of guys.If you need an honest company, this is it.I asked about a maintenance plan for the equipment. We called Bennett's out because our condenser gave up on life. Or so we thought. They showed up in less than 24 hours of our first contact. They diagnosed and repaired the failed part instead of taking advantage and selling us more expensive components or even a whole unit. While out at our home they were able to add in time to do a whole inspection and service on our HVAC system.They've earned a customer for life!
