The crew was timely everyday. They kept a clean job site. Mario, the foreman, took lots of in process photos and gave frequent updates. He really strived to make sure we were happy as a business. Richard Albertson, sales rep for Five Star, is a straight shooter and gave us an accurate assessment of our needs and what we needed to do. Mario and his crew worked hard and got our 4400 sq ft roof done in 2 days. There was a lot of repair work that had to be done on the underlayment due to water leaks on the old roof. That did not slow them down. I highly recommend this company.

Albert and Five Star Commercial Roofing were great to work with. After a previous contractor put a new roof on my old building, we still had countless issues with leaks. The original roofing company would not fix their mess ups and I couldn’t find anyone to work on it without attaching an astronomical cost, many wouldn’t even quote it. Thankfully Albert called me out of the blue and offered a free quote. His price was half of the only reasonable quote I had received. His crew was here in under two weeks from the initial quote and had the job done in 2 days. I have full faith they’ve fixed my roof and leaking issues, and am additionally thankful for their 3 year labor & material warranty and 20 year material warranty, should any issues arise!

Upon arrival, he introduced himself, gave in great detail what the estimate involved and a short intro about the company. He was pleasant, friendly and answered all of my questions. Worked with Chris to quote my roof and he was very responsive to my needs. Three weeks later I am having my roof refinished(in Southwest Florida!!!) absolutely incredible. He sent Mario and his team. Owners always say they are sending there "best team", in this case I believe him. Mario was great, he adapted to the needs of the roof and there was no drama and no unexpected costs. Five Star Roofing was excellent! They did not waste anytime in getting started with my project - scheduled within 2 days and completed the roof in 2 days! Michael, the project manager and Javier, the onsite project manager and his team were all very professional. They addressed all my concerns and gave me detailed breakdown of what to expect and a thorough walk-through once the roof was completed. If I had any discrepancies, Nick (corporate) and Michael explained solutions, which made my decision a well informed one when moving forward in this project. Jerry, my salesman, was great at replacing my 8700 sq.foot roof.Oscar was the foreman on the job and Oscar and his crew did a wonderful job. Oscar and his crew completed the tear off and installation of the new roof in 5 days mid February 2024.My roof absolutely needed to be replaced and Jerry came up with a fair price and answered all my questions concerning the roofing process. I had great communication from Angie for payment and Nick with scheduling.Jerry was upfront with me because my roof was leaking previously and our roof may still drip because some of the old insulation might still be wet until we get some hot spring days.  The roof was just completed recently and we are still getting some drips from insulation.Jerry explained that I need to wait 30 days until I can walk on the roof and I should still press my finger into the roof and make sure there is no indentation before I walk on the newly curing roof.I am writing this Google review because Jerry, Oscar, Angie and Nick and Five Star Roofing replaced my badly leaking roof quickly, efficiently and for fair price . I have a 10 year warranty that suits my needs.Lastly, Five Star Roofing called me and only got the job because they called me. I know some companies get annoyed by their calls but I am glad that they called and saved me money and gave me a solid roof.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Contacted them for a quote back in August of 2023. Ended up going a different route, and they have been calling us ever since to "follow up". We have told them repeatedly to stop calling us, and have even blocked a couple of numbers they have called from, but they continue to call from different numbers. We are at the point that if the calls continue, we will be contacting a lawyer for harassment. We do not recommend even getting a quote from them as they won't leave you alone after the fact.EDIT: In response to the Owner's message.Why do I need to call you and give you our company name and number again, when we have repeatedly said to remove us from your contact list over the numerous cold calls we've already received?

Do not hire. This company applied a tar roof and over spray was all over our vehicles. I called numerous times to see if they would rectify the situation and no one would talk to me or call me back. I was even hung up on by an employee. The total bill for the issue was $2000. 4/24/24. Called number numerous times, no one called back or answered. This company will do all they can to avoid being held accountable for their actions

Five star was quick to come out and install the roof system. The problem started when the crew arrived. They sent a crew of all spanish speaking individuals, none of which spoke any english. The driver of the crew, which was only a driver and not and installer, spoke english but no spanish. We tried communicating with the crew using google translate. All we got was blank stares and head nods. The job took 2 days but i had to leave the state at the end of the first day so i was not there when it was completed. I was told this was a one day job. Within an hour of completing the job they were already calling wanting the second half of the payment knowing that i was out of state for a couple days. I asked that they give me 2days to get home and inspect. They seemed upset and asked if i had told anyone i was leaving. I had mentioned it to there driver when they arrived since i had a feeling they would not finish in a day as stated. When i returned from out of state and inspected the work i was immediately upset. There was black overspray all over the side of my white building that was just painted a year ago. My drive thru window had a black coating on the stainless steel. They left old sheets of metal and debris that was removed from the roof all over the ground. This made me suspicious of the quality of work. So i got up on a ladder and climbed onto a part of the building that they did not do so i could see. The first problem i noticed is where the flat roof that they coated met the other part of the building they didn't do. The fiber mesh the placed was rolling up creating a channel for water to sit. This area was also coated so lightly that i could see he white paint still in spots. The next problem was the removable panels that gave access the my gutter system were sealed shut. Had someone on the crew spoke English, they would have understood when i told them to make sure the gutters could be accessed for maintenance. It took 6 phone calls, talking to 5 different people and 17 days later just to get them to come out to clean up their mess. I am still waiting to see how they will correct the problems with the roof. I was really hopeful for this company. But, i could never recommend them.

We had a roof leak at the office, called Five Star and Joe came out the same day. Took pictures of the roof for me and we decided it needed a new roof and patching wasn't the answer. He gave us a really good price and in just a couple days our new roof was in. They cleaned up after themselves and we barely knew they were here. As a former contractor and now insurance agent, I highly recommend these guys for your commercial, and other metal roofing needs.
