We paid $28,000 on their best recommended roofing system on our 11000ft² flat roof. A roof system with a 20 year warranty. Right away we noticed a few leaks and we were assured that was "normal" and they'd send a crew to address the issues. Months later we noticed more leaking in one of the exact same areas as our initial complaint around a roof drain as well as another leak. This roof leak damaged our ceiling tiles for the 2nd time and was pooling water in our showroom. We called them and they sent a crew and said the leak was repaired. Months later during a heavy rain the exact same place let go again. After the next heavy rain it leaked again. We contacted them about this. We submitted a repair request to Elizabeth, who sent us a work authorization. We made notes on the work authorization that this was a leak that was previously addressed 3 times. We then got a accounts payable request from Kristy. She requested we pay $500 (without even having a crew or rep to see the job) Labor because we were 5 years into our warranty and Labor was no longer covered. WE HADN'T EVEN RECIEVED AN INVOICE! We were already passed on to Accounts Receivables!!! Kristy insisted that when I called to resolve this issue that I was rude to her on the phone and that I kept cutting her off. She said that we went 15 months without a problem and that shows the roof system is working. Billing me $500 for nothing, and arguing that they're not responsible for a leak that has been addressed 3x and is still leaking in a $28,000 roof system with a 20 year warranty is not good business. Oh, and they call here constantly trying to sell us a roof. Every time I remind them we just got one and to take us off their list. Recently Nik sent us an email with a link to leave them a google review. So, here it is. I welcome 5 start management to contact us to see if there's a way to resolve this issue and we'll be happy to change this review.
