I needed to get my roof replaced after some leaks had come through my house in the past year. At first, I thought about just saving for the replacement but when my neighbor noticed it he suggested I at least look at an insurance claim. So I did when I got a hold of Amos Exteriors and got the opportunity to talk with Jake. After noticing extensive damage to the roof caused by multiple storms, not just recent ones, I filed my claim, and Jake and the guys at Amos took care of the rest and I'm very pleased with the results.I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone local in the state of Indiana. Their crew was awesome professional, and diligent at getting my roof and new gutters done in a professional and timely manner. If I have other work that needs to be done these guys are definitely at the top of my list.Thank you Jake and Amos again.

From the get-go, Matt Lloyd and Amos have been a joy to work with. Matt put a lot of effort into making sure we did the right things for my gutters & roof; we worked through the insurance process, and then the Amos crews did a great job, both of the roof and then the gutters. Everything started out amazing with Sean which was in October 2023. He walked me through all the steps, this being my first insurance claim, I had no idea what I was doing. He was amazing!! Fast forward, all communication was gone. I reached out to two other sales reps who really couldn’t help me. It’s April 2024 and I still can’t get an answer as to WHO inspected my house- I really want to know a name, and if everything is complete. My neighbor told me her sales person walked her through the inspection/showed photos, etc. I received nothing. I don’t know how it went from being extremely professional to not hearing a word about my house. Very frustrating. I do know they got paid though.

Our consultant, Matt Lloyd, was extremely helpful in the sale and installation of our energy efficient door and side lights. Matt brought his laptop computer to help us pick out and design our new front entry way. He has kept in touch with us throughout the full process, including the fine adjustments to complete the project. Looking forward to using Amos for potential future work.

I needed my gutters and 4 windows replaced and set up an appointment for a quote. The gentleman that came out was nice and thorough in taking measurements and explaining every detail of the pricing. They installed the gutters first and then the windows. Both crews were respectful, efficient and did a great job! I received 2 follow up calls to make sure I was happy with the work and someone came out to verify everything was done as well. I didn't have to start paying until the month after the job was complete and I said it was to my satisfaction. And for that little personal touch they sent me flowers thanking me for my business. I will work with this company again!

Ron Phillips came out to check our roof. Our roof was fine, but some insulation was moved in our attic for some electrical work by the previous owner and never put back. This caused moisture to drip through our ceiling. Thanks to Ron we would have known this. If we ever need Amos Exteriors service in the future, we will definitely call. Excellent service from the first phone call to final payment. Udi does a great job of representing the company, always responsive and helpful, and mindful of our specific requests and specifications for our gutters and downspouts.The office staff was always friendly and helpful on the phone.The installation crew was fast (over 200 linear feet of gutter installed in less than four hours) and courteous. Two minor quibbles - they're a little TOO fast, in that they left without checking in with me first, and I'm still finding nails and trimmings in the yard. But I discussed this with Udi, and he promised to address it with the crews. I really appreciated that!Overall, we're very pleased with the performance and looks of the new gutters. Well done, Amos!

My Sales Rep Eric Bugh did a fantastic job spotting and explaining all the damage my roof had, what repairs it was going to take to restore it, and what Amos Exteriors would charge to do the job. He also shared with me the years of experience Amos Exteriors has in roof repair. When he was done explaining everything to me, I had a good feeling that I was in good hands with him and his company. He stayed in touch from start to finish with my job and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all, Matt Lloyd was extremely patient as we went through the decision making process for replacement windows and a new front door (colors, styles, compare and contrast). Second, we appreciated updates on when product expected to ship, scheduling, etc. Third, and most important, the installers noted a problem during installation and were very honest regarding the issue. Chris and customer service kept in close communication with us and scheduled necessary repairs in a timely manner. Ryan made sure repairs were made and Matt kept in touch as the project progressed - including a final visit to insure we were satisfied.We are very happy with the new windows and front door. Hunter Sroufe did a great job working with us and a difficult insurance issue. Hunter stayed in constant communication anytime we had questions. Daniel Brenneman was great to work with and explained everything and answered all our questions when deciding what we wanted and needed. They handled talking to our insurance and sending in what was needed due to the hail damage. The Roofing crew was on time, hard working and were faster then I expected it to be. On Wednesday a canvasser Jeramy A, for Amos came to our house and spoke to my husband. They talked for a bit and my husband decided to get a quote for replacement windows. The fallowing evening sales rep Matt L came to our house. He took pictures , basic measurements. We discussed the tours is windows and our options. Matt did a very informative demonstration . I had convinced myself there was no way we could afford this type of window. But when Matt was finished with all his figures… the price was very impressive and affordable. The quality of work is great. Amos takes great pride in their work and will follow up on any issues. I had one piece of single come off and they came right out to repair it. I did have some billing issues that causes some headaches but I worked with Jeremy to get them resolved. Jeremy is very easy to talk to and he takes ownership of responsibilities. I would recommended Amos for their quality of work and follow up on maintenance repairs.

My wife and I had our home built in Fishers, Indiana in 1996, so we decided to have the original siding replaced. We received 4 different quotes, but Amos Exteriors was the obvious choice. Rodney McCracken was knowledgeable, friendly, and not an aggressive or pushy sales representative. In fact, at our request, he even offered and then provided a sketched illustration of his recommendation on how to improve the look of our loft above the garage. Thanks to his experience in framing, roofing, gutters and siding, he offered an informed and easy choice for that improvement! After he showed us the computer-generated model of our home, in the color schemes we chose, we decided to have Amos Exteriors replace our siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. We can't wait to see the results, thanks to Rodney McCracken and Amos Exteriors. Bravo!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received in contrast to my previous experiences with Amos Roofing & Exteriors. In the past, and everything was satisfactory until I encountered a problem during my most recent interaction. The confusion surrounding a roof inspection for a home I'm considering purchasing led to a breakdown in communication. This miscommunication resulted in unexpected charges and conflicting information about the roof's condition, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration.I needed an inspection on the roof for a home I was looking to purchase. I called and set the appointment and let them know I needed a roof inspection on a home I am buying. The morning of the inspection I gave the same information to the roof inspection via the phone. A few days later during the negotiations, I needed an inspection report form Amos. I texted the inspector that came out and he said if I wanted an inspection report it would cost $300. So, I called the main number, and I was informed that they do not conduct roofing inspections until I purchase the home. I went back to the inspector, a couple of times, and requested for a manager's contact information, but it was all met with silence.I had previously regarded Amos Roofing & Exteriors positively based on my prior experiences. I value transparency, communication, and reliability in a service provider. The experience left me questioning the consistency and integrity of the company.

Your salesman came to my door after a recent storm. After telling him several times my roof was fine, he asked if I was the homeowner. As an African American male homeowner in an affluent neighborhood I felt very offended by the question. Would never use or recommend your company.
