The Ardizzone Enterprise team installed new vinyl windows for my property and could not be happier with their work, professionalism and speed at which they operated! The post clean up was as impressive as their install work- all debris was picked up outside and inside finishes were exceptional. I expected some touch-up work would be needed on the inside (it is construction after all...) but that was not the case with this crew. I highly recommend them for the job and confident you'll have the same results!

We are currently going through a 250 unit renovation with Ardizzone. This massive project has been moving forward very well. The workmanship has been on point so far. The project leader(Milo) has been a great guy to work with. His crew responds to him and his need very nicely. Milo has made this project a very smooth one. . Anything we need or if a issue does comes up it’s handled quickly. Billy which is Milo’s right hand man is the finishing touch to a very good project. Billy is on top off things. Milo and Billy have been a pleasure to work with.

This company is currently renovating my apartment building. Ladders everywhere. Showing up on days not on the flier. It is past 6pm. I just want some quiet after working at 6am. I’m trapped in my own apartment since I can’t exit since it isn’t safe. My door is taped off. How am I supposed to leave??

This company has ZERO respect for those who live in apartments!!!!!! They are also owners of my apartment complex and they do onsite construction DAILY!!!!! We are basically forced to live in a construction zone. Not even a single notice of how long this noise will go on. Nothing. And it’s been happening for months now !!!!!

These guys left nails in my dogs cage while my dog was in there. I’ve counted a total of THREE (3) so far. They also gathered around the bathroom while I was trying to use the restroom real quick since they barged into our apartment this morning. I hate that these guys were so rude and talked about me and my husband not knowing I understand Spanish.

I've worked with and walked many rehabs projects throughout Indy and across multiple states. Tenants are very happy with the quick turn and the attention to detail. Because these are occupied units the tenants are extremely happy with the level of professionalism from the crew.

This company moves quick and efficient but that does not make up for quality of work.they had good people here working but quality control needs to be better. It was better than the complexes own construction crew but not by much. They did the remodel for the complex i work at and they messed a lot of stuff up. Toilets not installed fully or correctly. Water lines run and not connected or kinked in walls. Dishwashers not installed right. Refrigerator doors on backwards Trash left behind in some units. Things like doors and closet doors not being installed correctly and falling off track. locks incorrectly installed. I should not have to go back to a renovated apartment and fix all the new stuff just installed before a resident has even moved in*edit this was it the masters apartments.

This company has ruined my schedule for the second time. They do renovations while you live in the apartment and you have to be gone. Today they redid my cabinets and countertops and I have to be gone from 8-6. I work nights. I had no sleep. I had to get a hotel to sleep. You guys have to stop doing this. I can’t even imagine how annoying this must be if you have kids. Please care more about people’s schedules and time.

This company was hired by my apartment complex and during the 3 days of basically locking me out of my apartment 10 hours a day they were in my closets rummaging through my stuff. They couldn’t keep their grubby hands off my iPhone or a $100 speaker. So I wouldn’t trust these people for anything .

They are also doing work at the community where I live. The craftsmanship is very poor at best. I am assuming that they have no quality control or very low standards. I don't think they have actual licensed professionals do the plumbing or electrical work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The group of men that work for this company reroofed the building I live in yesterday and they stole my antique 60s ashtray from my porch, left nails, a box cutter knife, empty shingle bags, and metal pieces all over my porch and yard where my children and dog go out. They also stole the neighbor kids bicycle off of their porch. Completely unprofessional thieves is who this company has working for them!

This company should speak to employees about driving safely . It's a poor representation of your company having company trucks tailgating and driving aggressively in traffic. Jerk was 6" off my bumper in downtown Indy today. I'd look elsewhere.
