Aspen replaced my roof after Hurricane Ian. I love the stone-coated metal roof... Matt was easy to work with and provided my insurance company important feedback on the reasons the roof required replacement and not repair. Eventually the insurance company came around to Matt's viewpoint and paid for the replacement. We did have a few delays during the installation process due to worker shortages, but this was understandable given the huge demand for roofers immediately following Hurricane Ian.

After Hurricane Ian we were overwhelmed with roofers clamoring to earn our business. Knowing nothing about Florida roofs it was a daunting task, just trying to learn what options are available. When Matt from Aspen came to the door we decide to hear what he had to say and we are glad we did. I needed help battling insurance and providing evidence of damage, tile specs, etc. Other roofers would not give me the time of day but Matt came over immediately each time I asked for help. I could not have settled with insurance without his assistance.We are absolutely thrilled with our Stone-coated steel tiles and people stop by to tell us how nice it looks. The crew damaged our gutters and Aspen made it right! I could not believe the integrity they have in standing behind their work and word. I 100% Highly recommend Aspen and Matt H in particular!

Aspen Roofing and Mike Jansen were highly recommended to Bev and I and I would do the same to you. I can plainly see that the slate cement tile roof that Mike and his crew, replaced my original barrel tile roof with, is of much higher quality in the material and installation than the original roof. Mike honestly and thoroughly explained ahead of time how the project would go. He then was on site managing the job, flying a drone inspecting the progress and the ongoing quality for the duration of the project. He also answered my many questions in detail. My house had areas of edge deterioration that required facia board and sheet replacement. I was impressed with his crew’s attention to this damage and how they expertly and properly replaced the sheeting and facia board in the damaged areas. Mikes attention to details and respect for myself and his crew was very assuring. Also, I would have no question that if I could not have been able to be on site during my roof replacement, the high quality job Mike and his crew did would be the same.

I really appreciated the team from Lees Summit, they kept me apprised of the status of my roofing job. They contacted me to let me know when the material was going to arrive at my home as well as when the roofers were going to be at my home. The material and the roofers arrived as promised. The installation team was courteous and efficient. From start to finish it only took them 13 hours to tear down and re-shingle. The roof looks beautiful! They did a great, prompt job installing a tarp to minimize further damage from hurricane Ian. After hurricane Ian, our roof needed replacing. At a very stressful and confusing time, Chad Horton, of Aspen Contracting, gave us excellent advice and assisted us through the steps needed to deal with our insurance company and soon we had a quality tarp secured to our roof. Eventually a new roof was installed. Chad was excellent in following up on things and answering any questions. It started at our Local "Beef o Bradys" Talked to David and Nikki Maynard on 10-16-2022 after hurricane Ian. My wife and I talked to David and Nikki and they said they would absolutely come out and give us and inspection and quote on repairing or replacing our homes roof. I was very surprised when YES they did show up the next day. He review the damage and said the roof seemed that it was going to need replacement. They both said I would see a quote the next day and again YES we did. David explained that the quote was in a format that my insurance company would like and YES they did. Next thing we did was sign a contract and they said the project would start on a given day and YES it did. Roof looks wonderful, very happy with the Workmanship and David and Nikki said we would have a lifetime warranty and YES it does.
