SUPER DUPER impressed with this company as a whole. Our chimney was in bad shape and was leaking inside in the attic. Bone Dry came out and determined that the stack was in too poor of shape to simply patch (which was no surprise to us). The sales/inspector gave us a couple solutions with varying price points. Professional, informative, not pushy at all. Scheduling team contacted us within a reasonable time frame to schedule the work (about a week after the initial inspection). The on-site crew were also super professional. They were not rushing to get through the job to move on to the next. They were kind and informative when I had questions. The pricing was reasonable and fair for this market. All in all we would 100% call them again for masonry or roofing needs. We felt like we were dealing with honest and professional people throughout the entire process, which is a lot less that I can say for many other contractors we've had in and out of our house over the years. (p.s. I RARELY leave any kind of review online, neither good or bad, but this company deserves the 5 stars :) I have zero complaints!)

Dave and his crew were polite, considerate and communicative. I was texted with pictures and updates and they did a great job matching the 40+ year old brick. They did a fine job with clean up!!Would highly recommend them!!!!Also had Tony and Dylan come out to do tuck pointing and replace a few bricks on the exterior of the house. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.Would also highly recommend them for this type of work.

Cody has been my main contact to assess and discuss various issues/projects. He was not only so professional but also very responsive and thorough in his evaluation as well as in presenting options for me. He was so considerate to address my most urgent and immediate concern while maintaining the flow of the project timely. When my most immediate concern was a leaky roof, he made sure root cause of the leak would be repaired properly while my immediate concern for further leak would be addressed right away with proper provisional measures. Team #3 arrived consisting of Casey. Casey put in a new cricket in back of chimney. I am having a huge problem with water running down chimney instead of gutters. Casey worked diligently on the new cricket. He had to make a couple trips to Lowes to do the project correctly. He didn’t skip any steps. He provided photos of the project as he worked. He was courteous and respectful. I will know if the cricket works during the next rain down fall.Conclusion: the project with Bone Dry Masonary went smoothly. Communication was excellent and competitively priced. Whether I am totally happy with the job is yet to be seen. I want to go through some rain and cold weather to make a final judgement. My goal is for a waterproof and air tight chimney with mortar holding up. Will do a final update in 6 months. As it stands now Bone Dry Masonary business runs like a well oiled machine. Thumbs up.Team #2. Dave’s team spent the past few days rebuilding my fireplace from the gutters up and repairing masonary from the gutters down. The finished product really looks nice. I appreciated update with photos as the job progressed. The guys were courteous and took care not to damage the deck during removal of mortar and old bricks. This winter Hopefully the draft will be eliminated from cracked mortar. I’ve included some pics they took.Team #1 Tony and Dylan arrived on time. Both were courteous and informative about the job. Bone Dry Masonary are basically rebuilding my chimney inside and outside. Tony and Dylan being the first crew to work inside on the fire box to tuck point the fire brick, cut the old damper out then paint the inside with high temp paint. The job looked very nice when they finished. Clean up was good. As agreed Bone Dry was paid for that portion of the job.

Very Professional Job. Replaced all spalled bricks, raised chimney to code and added a cap. Then Crowned second chimney to lengthen its life span. All workers were as clean as they could be given it is masonry work. After mortar had cured another clean up was completed to remove brick dust. All deck furniture was moved and replaced right where it was before. Thanks Bone Dry!!

Some of the best service I’ve received.The team I had to replace a damaged chimney went above and beyond in their service. An in-person estimate was completed within 24 hours. They exceeded their estimate on timeline to start the project. When our insurance was being slow, they offered to work with them directly. The chimney looks fantastic, and Dustin returned at the end with attention to detail going above and beyond with the project. Great experience all-around.(Photos are pre-flashing.)

This roofing company ( Bone Dry), The crew did a great job in removing the old roof and replacing new one. Exactly what I wanted. They cleaned up everything and hauled away. My roof is beautiful and I have gotten compliments from my neighbors. I will refer to anyone that needs a roof.Great job.

Happy with the look of the work upon completion. Bone Dry does a lot of work so I had to wait a few months to get work done. Communication for starting the project was virtually nonexistent. Bone Dry did respond each time I reached out though. Once work started, the techs sent regular updates with pictures. The cleanup could have been a little better. Cigarette butts and a generous handful of siding nails were left in my grass for my dogs to find (but fortunately they didn't get hurt.) Other than that I was pleased with the work.

The people from bone dry have been very good about taking pictures and videos of the problem and the fixes of each job , which is very much appreciated as a customer. Chris and Tyler Osborne came today to replace our chimney lid. They did a fantastic job, it looks amazing. Both were very courteous and professional. They were even willing to touch up some paint for us on the chimney from work that wasn't even theirs, and took time to offer us some insight to how our wood stove works. I can’t recommend Bone Dry enough, especially after this project! I had an entire fireplace/chimney replacement done from top to bottom. Blake was so helpful starting the process for us, promptly answering questions and being available to speak to our insurance. On-site, Dustin and his crew were exceptional. Everyone was professional and so kind, including the administrative staff on the project. They communicated every step of the way and sent progress pictures from start to finish. And they kept the inside and outside tidy during the project and cleaned up after. I live in a condo so my project affected neighbors as well, and Bone Dry took special care of that. The Bone Dry masonry team were repairing and replacing the bricks on two chimney towers at our home in Indianapolis. I am blown away. Chris and Tyler Osborne worked peacefully and professionally, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how beautiful the fireplace looks. Another company had installed new gas logs but replacing the brick and mantel they had pulled off was not done. The workmanship by the Osbornes in reassembling our fireplace mantel, the surrounding brick, and even reattaching some broken hearth brick is perfection. They even carefully cleaned off and reused all of the old brick, and the metal support was wire brushed and painted to restore to use.

Bone Dry completed a rebuild of the top 7 rows of bricks on our chimney. House is 63 years old and the bricks had spalled and the cap had cracked. Tony & Dyllan spent a couple of days tearing down and replacing the brick along with pouring a new cap. Tony & Dyllan were very professional, made sure to explain what was going to be happening, kept us apprised of their progress, and cleaned up so well there's no trace they were here. This is the 2nd masonry project Bone Dry has done for us and we'll continue use them if/when the need arises.

I have given bondry over 150-200 k of works. The reason is I believed they can stay behind their works and honor their warranty. I paid over 100 k for one job and still has few years warranty left. Just few days ago we called for leak and your guy said B vent is rusted and that’s why it is leaking. This is the second time for the same complex I called for warranty. The second time I called different company to make sure. There was no problems with B vent. The shingle around was not good. I paid them to fix the problems today and also fixed another problems that I called last year and you wanted to charged me almost $1000 for it. bondry does NOT stay behind their job or warranty. I have a proofThe second big problem with bondry is when you call for leak you have to go through a ridiculous process and wait for a long time. It’s ridiculous especially when bondry charges a premium price. When you have a leak problem customers should wait 4 weeks. They told me that yesterday. Ridiculous! I was very wrong about bondry roofing. Here’s your review from me. Be honest and back up your works. I gave you single job flat job almost 200k. Very disappointed with bondry. I have a proof your guy lied about the leak. I have an invoice that I just paid to fixed your problem. I will not recommend you anymore.Back up your works and honor your warranty especially with your very high price.

Rich, Darell and Blake painstakingly matched a batch of bricks that were darker than expected to some 30-years old bricks no more available - and the work was outstanding!
