Absolutely loved working with Marvin. The interior workmanship is perfect and I do not use that word lightly. Where I took a star away was the exterior. The work was great and I have 0 complaints there. My issue was it started to rain and the crew left, which isn't a problem. The rain cleared in 30 minutes and the sun literally even came out as well around 12:30. Not a rain cloud or sprinkle in sight. I messaged and asked if they were coming back to finish the hour of work that remained and was told they were done for the day and would return the next. That was quite disappointing. I took the day off work to be here. They wasted half of my day as well. I wanted to be here to see the project finished.

Great service! Polite salesman Steven came to our house to give us a quote on attic insulation. We accepted quote and approx 2 weeks later, installer James arrived on time and texted before his arrival. Both were very kind and knowledgeable. Blown insulation took only a couple hours. Seven photos were sent afterwards which was great to see the completed work and project as promised. Excellent service. Would recommend and use them again for future work if needed.

We used Bone Dry to replace a rotted garage header and the exterior trim above the garage door as the wood got all rotted from a water leak point. An unusual occurrence for sure. They did a great job in communicating from the time of estimate to the final touch ups. The work was quick and efficient. I really liked that they took pictures at different stages of the process to prove what work was done underneath the repair. I also appreciated that when I had a concern they came out and addressed it without any pushback. I don’t think the price was the cheapest I could have gotten, but I feel they did a good job.

I had BoneDry repair a small gap in my roof around a utility mast that a previous roofing company had done a poor job on. Bone Dry did quality work fixing the problem by installing a zipper boot, but they are pricey; $575 for an hour's work seems a bit steep. And the repairman did an incomplete clean-up job - see photos of debris left on site.

My mom passed away in August of 2023 and I discovered shortly after that some extensive damage had occurred to her roof. In the middle of my grief, feeling overwhelmed by all I had to take care of, bone dry came into my life and walked me through every step of the process with SO much patience and grace. Richard De St. Jean especially went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. Kat Brown was also especially kind and patient and very helpful in this process. It doesn’t always work out that way when things like this happen, so I am especially grateful they helped make this horribly difficult time a little less awful for me. Bone Dry Roofing did a great job adding insulation to our attic. They dealt with a mouse infestation and vents that needed to be raised for the added insulation material. So far we've used them for chimney sweep, flue repair and improvements, insulation, roofing, and gutter repairs. Each time we've received excellent service. Not only does Bone Dry do excellent work and use superior products, but their employees from the office staff to the on-site workers are so easy to work with and they communicate with incredible speed and kindness. The experience of working with all of the folks at Bone Dry Roofing was top notch. Detailed photos and videos were provided for the initial inspection of the roof and then multiple photos were provided throughout the installation. I live in another state and was very well pleased working with them long distance. They made it very easy and stress free. The shingle roof - and all new decking - was replaced in less than 7 hours. Bone Dry came out gave me a very reasonable quote to replace my gutters, and roof. I agreed to the quote and they were out to complete the project within a week. Aside from a new roof and gutters there were no signs they had been at my house they cleaned up very well and placed property protection all the way around the home. 10/10 would recommend Bone Dry for any home projects!

Overall very happy with my new roof. Communication and scheduling was good. There was only a couple things I had issues with and Bone Dry addressed my concerns quickly and sufficiently. They even had someone come out after the job was completed to look over the roof for quality assurance which was impressive and a pleasant surprise. I would use Bone Dry again for all my roofing needs.

(FOLLOW UP to roofing/bathroom fan fix on Nov 2023):Once the roofing work was done to my house, the bathroom fan stopped working. Upon closer inspection, I found that the vent pipe was reattached to the fan housing with screws. One of the screws went into the path of the fan blade, and thus disabled it.Once reported, a tech inspected the fan shortly after, and removed the screws to make the fan functional again until a replacement could get installed. A replacement install was scheduled a few days later. After a few technical hiccups, mainly a ground wire that appeared hot, a new fan was eventually given a proper install. Not only that, but when the bathroom GFCI outlet was apparently tripped, the tech took the time to get a replacement and installed it the same day.I commend Bone Dry for having workers that sure everything is remedied when an error occurs. Many thanks to Andrew and Austin for their work and going the extra miles!(ADDITIONAL REVIEW for roofing and furnace vent work done October 2023):Another job well done by Bone Dry! My home’s previous roof had a couple trouble spots, mainly along the chimney and furnace vent. Plus with it being at least 10 years old, I decided to have it replaced.Work was scheduled one day this month, then rescheduled a few days later due to rain. The old furnace vent/fake chimney was removed early morning by an affiliate, AirCo, since it apparently contained asbestos. That was done easily, and the furnace vent piping was all redone soon after. Once dawn rolled in, a crew of roofers got to work. While the old roof shingles and material were removed, bad wood spots were also identified, torn out and replaced. The work was all done during daylight hours, while updates and images of work progress were given periodically.The end result appears to have been done professionally and correctly. Aside from a few loose nails and flashing trimmings lying around, cleanup was well done.Many thanks to all the gentlemen at Bone Dry involved with all the recent work done to my house!(REVIEW for masonry work September 2023):Great, professional company!Last week I had work done to my chimney, both exterior and interior. On the outside, getting the crown redone was the main thing needed. Tuckpointing was done as well. All work was done in about two days. While the work was done, several updates and images came to me via text, which is much appreciated. The old cracked, thin crown from before was replaced with a strong, thick crown. Many thanks to Dave Genier for the exterior work!Interior chimney work was done as well within the same week. Tuckpointing, replacement damper, and resurfacing was much of the work involved. Like the exterior work, photos and updates were given periodically. Many thanks to Blake Mills as well for interior detail!

The Bone Dry Roofing team did an amazing job providing my home with a new roof. I received a text from the project manager introducing me to each member of the team. I received notice when shingles were delivered, I was also introduced to the roof project team leader who introduced himself and let me know about arrival times of his team. Protective barriers were placed around the house for shingle tear off. The team completed their work in record time and cleaned up in a flash. I was kept up to date with progress by the project team leader who texted photos of each step of the roof installation. The entire experience was amazing. Bone Dry's customer service is excellent, the young men working on the roof were definitely experts at doing this work. The roof was finished in one afternoon and it looks fabulous. We have a solid roof with a warranty and now I have a company I will be working with from this point forward on other repairs I want to make in the future. Also, Bone Dry did a great job providing me with needed roof inspection information that helped when filing a claim with my insurance company. As a result my claim was approved and I secured funding for full roof replacement.I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

I needed pretty extensive work done to my chimney. I gave a couple of places a call to see if the estimates were consistent with Bone Dry Roofing's estimate. It turned out that the estimate from Bone Dry was more detailed and required more work than what others had overlooked. Best of all the estimate was approx. $4000 cheaper than what i was expecting to pay.the workers that showed up were all experienced and knowledgeable of the work that they performed. The team was quick, professional and respectful to myself and to my property.I was provided with updates on the work that was being done and the work that will be done next. Wow! Old fashioned customer service and pride in workmanship is alive and well with these people!! A while after Bone Dry had done a stellar job replacing our roof, we had work done that required attic access by another contractor. They noticed an issue where the bathroom exhaust fan pipe had come apart. Not knowing for certain why, we immediately contacted Dylan McKay with Bone Dry to discuss. He quickly put us at ease. Dylan scheduled one of his men, Glen, to investigate. Glen spent most of a day removing existing setup and properly installed independent venting for each area and the necessary roof work, etc.I’m retired from skilled construction trade, so I know quality work when I see it. Bone Dry is top notch in our book!! Thanks guys!

The Bone Dry experience was fantastic starting with the sales representative thru the installers. All were very knowledgeable and professional. We were actually in Florida the day that our roof was replaced. We had neighbors calling to tell us how courteous and professional all the workers were. They were really impressed about the tarps placed around the entire home to catch any debris falling off the roof. We received pictures and text messages from the job supervisor about once every hour so we could see fist hand their progress. We highly recommend the Bone Dry team for an outstanding job and a fair price.

It was not roofing, but required workers familiar with safe methods that included installing a scaffold in order to replace siding and painti two dormers. Great communication and transparent work and procedure. Customer service was always quick and helpful. We had them out to do some spot fixes. Of course, they recommended full roof replacement (we know it needs it soon) but they weren't pushy about it. Once the contract was signed they were able to complete the work in less than a week. All in all a great experience and I'll call them again for future roof needs.

Most recently (July and August 2023) we had damaged shingles replaced, an exhaust vent replaced and the chimney stainless steel skirting and vent replaced. Bone Dry replaced our roof in 2019 and did a great job. They were very friendly and easy to work with. In 2023 there was a strong thunderstorm in our area with heavy rain and high winds. We have a lot of trees on our property and a limb broke off of a tree that was close to our house. Unfortunately, the limb fell vertically and nose-dived right through our roof. There was about 3 feet sticking up from the hole and the rest of the branch was in the attic. I called Bone Dry and they sent a crew out immediately. The guys removed the limb and put a temporary patch over the hole to keep the rain out. About a week later Bone Dry came back out and made the permanent repairs. They used the exact same shingles as the ones already installed and when they were done you couldn't tell that there was ever any damage. On top of that they took pictures of each step of the repair process and sent them to me. As I viewed the pictures I could tell that they did a first-rate job every step of the way. It doesn't get any better than that, so if you need any repairs or you need a new roof give Bone Dry a call. They will do a great job and you will enjoy working with them!
