The Train Reached the Station! 😊Disclaimers: a) Our house looks great; and b) We have zero experience with a project this big. So take these comments with a grain of salt.A neighbor advised us that bumps in the road always arise during an extensive home improvement project; the key is how well the contractor handles these concerns. Cochran was quite responsive throughout the multi-month process of getting new windows, a new roof, new siding and gutters.This rating is 5-star because the house looks spectacular and Cochran did address most of the hiccups that arose along the way. Will leave it for you to decide if any of this is unusual:- We were strongly encouraged to sign the order by the end of the year, around Christmas time 2022. A few days later Cochran came back and said they couldn’t get exactly what we both agreed to so we signed a change order. In the fog of the holidays I presumed they’d honor the original price; but a few months later, when that part of the work started, we were asked to pay about $1,000 extra on a job totaling about $120,000. I thought Cochran should eat that $1,000 given that the problem was on their end, not a change made by us. ***But as I said, we’re inexperienced with this sort of transaction.***- On two separate occasions my wife or I stayed home from work because contractors were supposed to arrive. They didn’t. Am thinking that even with a bit of unpredictability, the customer should know by the end of a day whether workers will actually arrive the next day or that plans should be made for the day after. Again, though, we’re inexperienced with contractors doing this sort of work.These are two examples that come to mind most easily over a year after signing the agreement. Far from being a train wreck, the ride—with a few twists and turns—ended successfully; the train made it to the station. So thanks Beshoy, Rodo, Ryan and the whole Cochran crew for an exterior re-do that has our neighbors constantly complementing the beautiful appearance of our house. Cochran gets 5 stars from us; others will have decide if the bumps we hit in the road make a big difference—or at least know to be very precise upfront about price changes and schedule commitments. Steve came out today to inspect our roof. first all communication with us was fantastic. He came out was extremely knowledgeable took his time came down and explained what our problem was unfortunately it wasn’t Cochran related. It’s our cedar boards around our chimney so he diagnosed that told us some steps we could file the remedy it and he said to send someone out from his team to to give us an estimate. Great work. Thank you!

From the Salesman Brian coming out to my house 3 times before I agreed and spent at least 2 hours with me going over things and from the work performed by Joel and his crew they did an amazing job. Anyone looking into this business really needs to read this review. Hopefully you will see why we so confident choosing them over any other business. First of all all, other businesses wanted to just replace parts of damaged material leaving the house mismatched instead of replacing everything. I was mindful Remember I when getting estimates the cheapest estimate is not the best answer always. Just let us to Cochran exteriors.My mother-in-law called Cochrane exteriors out to see how fair they would be in their price and workwise. After Clay came out and showed us the product they provide, warranty that came along with it and all the professionalism of the workers that would be involved was when Cochran exteriors was chosen to do the job. I was here daily 4 .my mother-in-law who is 80 years old and bedridden. As I watched the workers daily, I could see the transformation from the old to the new and was completely astonished and amazed. Every job is special to them but this house was truly special because my mother-in-law's house is 103 years old and to see a 103-year-old house look absolutely brand new by the end result just amaze the company. Pictures (below) are nice, but really don't do it justice, (pictures are of before in the process and after) the worker Steve, that was supposed to be out here was sick that week but from where he was, he still oversaw everything that was going on, and he got to come out to see the house in person and he was astonished by the makeover the house was given and he went the extra mile of making sure we were absolutely 100% please and satisfied with the work and if there was any thing that needed to be addressed he fixed it immediately with no hesitation. As I showed my mother-in-law pictures I had taken for her... she was more than satisfied with what they provided in a extremely quick time frame for how much work had to be done to the house. Cochran even talks with your insurance agency and gets the most for your money. Insurance agencies don't like to pay more than they have to. But Cochran exteriors tells them if there's something that needs to be replaced, it has to be replaced for Cochran to put their warranty on the job. And they were able to squeeze every single penny and more out of the insurance company. After my mother-in-law chose Cochrane exteriors to do the job on her house, fully rewrapping the house, fully residing the house soffit fascia everything and replacing downspouts and gutters, we are 100% satisfied to say we would easily call them back to do any other work for us. They do not pick up or collect any monies until the persons are totally satisfied. From the very moment Cochran exteriors arrives at your house to greet you to inform you of everything they will do, to any question on your mind, while the project is going on or after it's finished....the workers at the office will diligently take your call and get back with you immediately to seeing the final product puts smile on your face. This 103-year-old house took a lot of hail wind and storm damage. Cochran exteriors hands down is the company to choose. The professionalism is 100% satisfactory. I cannot say thank you enough to Clay Biggerstaff and all the workers in the office they were so extremely kind and helpful....and a very special thank you to Steve Hubbard for actually bending over backwards making sure my mother-in-law and I were totally pleased. We're going to be painting soon to match the brand new look of the premium product Cochran exteriors provided for this 103 yr old house to make it look totally brand new. Deciding went from a dingy smoke blue gray to a BEAUTIFUL light/dark green😁💖. If I could've given you a hundred Stars, you would have gotten it....THANKS 💯

I contacted Cochran based off the recommendation of a coworker that had his roof replaced by them a couple years prior. Our sales rep was Andrew Barr. He was professional and punctual throughout the entire process. We set a date for roof replacement and they ended up being able to work us in a couple weeks early. Materials were dropped off on a Tuesday, work started first thing Wednesday morning. Roof was done and everything cleaned up by early afternoon Friday. Very pleased with the entire process and outcome. Would recommend Cochran to anyone with a roofing project.

Great experience working with Cochran Exteriors. From the start they treated my small repair like a top-dollar account. I had a piece of siding repeatedly coming off of the peak of my 2 story house. I had it repaired last year by another company, but it came off again as soon as the weather hit this winter. Andrew Stout and Steve Hubbard not only fixed the missing piece, but also investigated why it kept coming off in the first place. This is something the previous company didn't do. I'm glad I reached out to Cochran to do this job. Other companies wouldn't even bother with such a small repair. One company even told me they had a $900 minimum. I feel like Cochran really wants to build a reputation as a company that helps people solve issues with their home exteriors no matter the situation. They know that the small jobs often lead to loyal customers and recommendations given by word of mouth. I'll definitely keep this company in mind when anything home exterior related comes up.

I've had to use Cochran for two different projects now, the replacement of the siding due to wind damage, and the replacement of the roof of my house. I worked with Michael Godbolt both times who was super friendly, professional, and overall great. I highly recommend asking for Michael if you use Cochran because he will make your life so much easier and I promise you're in great hands with him. The workers on the job are also extremely efficient and friendly.

Don't trust them. They got halfway through a job before they realized they did not have the correct materials to proceed, stopped work and wanted another $2.6k before proceeding. The thing is they would have known from the first soffit they removed that they needed more money to proceed, they didn't stop though, they ripped everything off my house then demanded more money.

Cochran was great to work with from beginning to end. We initially met with Beshoy, who helped us come up with a plan and stayed with us throughout the process. He was even on site for completion of the work to make sure that everything was done perfectly. John, Ryan, Steve, and so many others were fantastic as well. We had two sliding glass doors and a bifold door installed as well as new gutters. We would definitely work with these guys again.

Beshoy Bahr-Project Manager/Sales Representative is absolutely amazing! Out of the 3 contractors I chose Cochran because of Beshoy. He is a man of integrity/honesty with my family’s best interest/wants/needs at the forefront of this big project. The project included 5 brand new Provia doors, 3 windows, new Owens Corning roof install, James Hardie siding install, new gutter system install, 4 skylights, and new chimney. Beshoy checked in with me daily via phone calls/texts as well as weekly in person home visits to make sure everything was completed correctly/perfectly. He was available via cell phone 24-7 if I had any questions/concerns. He was extremely patient with my family and gave us exactly what we wanted/needed. Even after our gigantic home project was completed he still checks in on us making sure everything is still perfect. He truly heated about his clients. We had vinyl come off our house and damage to our doors due to a storm and decided to call Cochran. We were connected with AJ Baker and were so incredibly pleased with the entire process. He was able to negotiate with State Farm to get the door we wanted and not what they wanted to give us. AJ was prompt and he helped get us the best value. He also went above and beyond tarping the side of the house with missing vinyl to protect it until work could begin. His expertise extended beyond insurance claims, providing valuable advice on materials, designs, and cost-effective solutions. Throughout the project, AJ maintained excellent communication, keeping us informed of progress and addressing any concerns promptly. Having a tree fall on your house isn't anyone's idea of a good time, but I'm so pleased with both the repairs and improvements that the team made happen. Update: 06/13/2023 BEWARE: First off Cochran Exteriors was great, and would work with them again. Recently I have run into a problem with the finance company they work closely with "Dividend Finance"We have not been late one time, with "Statements" coming in monthly, and seeing issues with the Principle balance not coming down at all.I called Support, and it turns out there are hidden interest that are not explained in statement. Even after paying more than than the payment, the extra will not be applied the principle balance like we were told.Customer Service, and Communication bill statements are poorly designed leaving you with only half of the information about where your money is going.There response to my questions are no better than " Predatory"I hope this helps anyone looking.4 Months ago: Here is just one of others that has had a bad experience with Dividend Financial.Dividend Financial you have 100's of people calling your company daily with complaints from Pink Energy customers. You have scammed so many customers along with Pink Energy. I believe it's called Predatory Lending!Attorney Generals from at least 8 states are now involved and yet you continue to scam people and demand patment for systems that do not work.Your company knows what you have done to the thousands of customers.Own up to the predatory lending.Tax credit scam, APR going up after no payment of the tax credit (because ppl don't make enough to get that $10,000+ tax credit by the 17th payment). So, my 30 yr loan went from $60,000...to $110,000+. Was never told by salesperson of this, and got information almost 6 mths after I signed my loan.PREDATORY LENDING!Someone needs to help the thousands of ppl that got scammed by Dividend Financial, Sunlight, and Goodleap!Cochran Review Dec, 2022: This went pretty fast after the rain stopped We had to reschedule both the delivery and installation a week.There were a few hiccups but after pointing them out, they were, fixed as soon as they could. Misunderstandings are hard to deal with at times but you do need to voice them in a professional manner. Cochran resolved these issues in a quick and professional way. I want to Thank Beshoy, our Sales guy for a good part of this. His communication to the matters we exceptional.I also want to thank the crew and crew heads, both Brian, and Josh, and their attention to detail. They cleaned up the propriety afterwards and I would hire them again. The only complaint i have in the matter was. It was pricey.
