They were quick to schedule the visit to my home and completed multiple fixes at my home in one day (and one big thing even included some plumbing, drywall, and repainting that wall). We used Crew to do some repairs to our new home as part of inspection negotiations and were very disappointed in the experience. First, we were told that the work would only take three days and it ended up taking five. Halfway through the fourth day, they notified us that the work was “done.” When I came home, I discovered three majors issues that weren’t actually repaired, trash had been left inside and outside of my house, and they had left my downstairs bathroom gross from using it. When I notified them of the problems, they did come the next day and finished the repairs, but they still left nails and paint chips all over our yard and flower beds that we had to clean up. As far as positives, the crew did always arrive on-time and were polite and responsive. We still unfortunately can’t say we would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

I’ve been very pleased with Crew Property Improvement Specialists! As a real estate broker I often have clients needing repairs on short notice due to closing deadlines, and Crew can typically do all of the repairs from plumbing and electrical to carpentry work etc. It’s usually one stop shopping with them, and that makes it convenient for my clients, and it saves me a lot of time! I can’t recommend this company. The staff that actually did the work were polite and friendly and they did good work. The admin side wasn’t as professional. They didn’t equip the staff with the tools to complete the job and we needed to use my things. The invoice was based on some fuzzy math and seemed arbitrary. The quote was based on email description and nobody came to view the job before quoting and the proposal was unreasonable. But the work was done well.

As the general manager of a property management company, it is tough to find good vendors that are consistent, cost efficient and good with tenants. Crew Property Improvement hits the mark on all three. We have been working with them for a few years and Eric and company has always been there when needed. Working with Crew was an AWESOME experience end to end. Mac turned a quote around in a very short time and got us scheduled right away. The project took 2.5 days and Jack was incredibly communicative the entire time. Jack and team were incredibly diligent and went above and beyond to make sure the end project was great. They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate. Communication via email was quick and effective, and they were very flexible with scheduling for what worked for us. They arrived very promptly at the beginning of the arrival window, worked hard with minimal interruptions, and the work looks great! I couldn’t even tell a difference in the posts they fixed with the ones that didn’t need fixing. The work was great! They even came out within the day or two after to clean up the debris/trash. All around excellent service and very pleased with the work. We will use them again for our exterior housework.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! Eric was so easy to work with and so kind. Great communication! His crew did work on my dads house on the roof and ceiling that had a leak. The repairs were not only fantastic, but affordable! And I must add that the crew leader, Jack, was just WONDERFUL! I recently lost my dad and was emotional and started crying while talking to Jack. He was so compassionate. He patted my shoulder then asked if he could give me a hug. As he hugged me, he said he would pray for me and that he was certain my dad was proud of me. Talk about above and beyond! The work was completed thoroughly and quickly and they left no mess whatsoever. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend their services highly!

I selected Crew as a contractor of choice to complete some repairs that were found on my new home during it's pre-purchase inspection. They were recommended to me by my real estate agent. I worked with Eric on the planning portion of the job months in advance and all of the communication was prompt and concise.They did mostly exterior repairs, specifically rotten wood replacement overall. The work done was done in a well executed fashion. Despite facing frequent instances of inclement weather, they got the job done in the time frame they outlined ahead of the job. There was one small change order that came up during the job due to some additional unforeseen rotten wood. This was well communicated and fairly priced.Overall I had a positive experience with them with the repairs I had them do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This company was part of a group of several subcontractors that fixed some water damage. I found them very responsive and focused on making sure we were happy with the work. My experience was this:* They were very responsive to calls and emails, often returning emails in minutes, not hours or days.* They showed up when they said they would.* They did a good job.* If there were potential changes to the quote, they let me know ahead of time.As a result of our satisfaction on the first project, we had them do a second project outside. We were similarly happy with the results. The guy who quoted the job came when he said he would, and they were very flexible in scheduling the job.I've seen some negative reviews of this company and I am not disputing the experiences that others have had, but I encourage you to read the business owner's replies and consider that side too. My two experiences with this company were excellent.
