We had carpet removed and wood floors installed to match the floors we already had and then all the floors refinished. The guys did an awesome job.Floors are beautiful!I would definitely use them again

Real deal, people. Unquestionably the best hardwood specialist in Indianapolis (learned from their team they travel on occasion for those who want the best). Eddie and his team are incredible.Of all the trades that are helping my family, Williams has been the only crew that started on the day they said they were going to.True Craftsman amidst a dying art (finish in place hardwood floors). Note they also do other products upon request, I learned.Would give 10/5 stars if possible!

Eddie and his team laid wood floors for us on the main level of the Lodge at Three Forks Preserve. All the wood was reclaimed from the forest floor at the preserve, and they made it look amazing. Eddie and his team did an outstanding job refinishing the floors in my home. He corrected mistakes done by another contractor and stuck with the job until I had really beautiful oak floors that were exactly what I was looking for. Called for a quote. They were timely and responsive on the visit, but that’s where they peaked. Pulled dimensions and said they’d have have quote emailed within a few days. Fast forward to two-weeks later, I called and ‘Jeff’ said he remembered the visit and thought he’d sent the quote. Would get back to the office and check. Fast forward two more weeks, I called Jeff and same excuse. I personally sent another email to initiate a direct correspondence chain to mitigate the “Spam / Junk” mailbox excuse he gave. Now, another week forward, no quote, no call, no email response. Don’t use these guys. I’d recommend Browns Flooring as an alternate.Service: Install flooring

I called the store five times and nobody ever called me back, on the answering machine they give you a couple numbers to call. I tried to call that number and again nobody returned my call. I will never understand how somebody can run a business and never return a call. Terrible.
